“When I booked this place, it did not indicate they were under renovation. Since we were the only one staying there, they put us in one of the renovated rooms, but still needs some things to complete. Like a Chest of drawers to put your clothes in there was no place to put clothes other than on the shelf and there were no hangers. There were no end tables in the living room so we had to use the barstools. The shower door in the guest bathroom was on backwards so if you hang your towel up, you……

“Great location - we went to Nakomis Beach and North Jetty Beach several times. Being so close made it easy to go multiple times per day. Easy checkin and checkout process, would recommend this for beach goers.”

“Close to shopping/groceries and about a 15 minute drive to the beach. There were plenty of towels and even found a beach umbrella and cooler in the garage. Host was quick to respond.”

“The place was very clean and very welcoming when you walk in the door. Was very pleased with the space the room provided. The bed was a little rough sleeping -- I think it could use a new mattress. It seems to have the old coils in it so that makes me think it's pretty old. The remote didn't work for the bedroom fan or light so that couldn't be adjusted, probably just batteries. There was just a half a roll of paper towels, no extras. The pool was amazing. My dogs were very comfortable. Most of……

“The property is in very good condition and was very clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a good experience. However, I think the listing should provide more details about how the property is divided and arranged before booking. It would be helpful to clearly specify the layout of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas so guests know exactly what to expect when making their reservation.”

“The room waa great and clean but the outside garbage and the pools were not taken care of while we were there”

“Very disappointed with this property so much so we left a day early. Master bedroom is right by pool. Quiet time was supposed to be 11, noise lasted until about 2am. There is no upper noise proofing. You can hear every step anyone takes in the unit above. Pull out couch came with only 2 sheets, no blankets and stained and pillows. Cushions on the couch were also very stained and mattress was so bad we left a day early. Last but not least when we got there there was a large rain storm……

“Bea and Gene were great hosts! What wonderful, friendly couple! Great stay, was exactly what we needed, great down time in the pool. Room was quiet, had everything we needed. Will keep on our radar if we are back in that area again. Renae and Adam”

“Very close to the beach and restaurants! Loved the pool and everything was within walking distance.”
