"Check in was only through a computer video with a foreigner that can’t speak English. Had emergency and needed to check out one day early and wouldn’t give credit for the day cancelled. There is no staff ever at the front desk. The sheets on the bed had hairs in it so they don’t change the sheets. There is no working telephone in the room. There were people partying outside my window on the first floor for over 90 minutes lat night keeping me awake and there is no security there. I finally had to call the hotel number on my cell phone to complain and got some non English speaking foreigner to complain and nothing was done to break up the crowd. Terrible hotel. "

"The pool was great and heated. The breakfast was horrible and definitely not fresh. Staff was not the most pleasant. The second room we got was horrible. The water pressure was bad. The linens didn’t smell fresh. The room was very outdated. Absolutely not worth the price. I am not sure where the positive reviews came from but no satisfied."
