I don't like booking a room and thinking that's the price and then get charged another $180 in resort fees and another $25 for parking. It's not even in a city. I think it's misleading and fraudulent to say that I've paid for a reservation, when in fact it cost me another $200. Not happy about that. Sneaky and deceptive.

This entire property was just beautiful and the staff was immaculate. Their attention to detail and the small things are what separates this from other resorts. The only thing I wasn’t too big a fan of is everything closing at 11 which is a little early but I guess understandable with the night time activity

The facility is beautiful however there was NO handicap openers on any doors and, since my husband is in a wheelchair it was very difficult to get around. Also no bathroom facilities for the handicap. We stayed in a handicap room However also didn’t have handicap opening doors. Also parking is very expensive ($25 per night) even if you’re staying. Additionally our handicap room was at the very end of the hall (approx 500 ft). In our room my husband (who is again handicap) reached in front of him just to get his balance and the towel take came off the wall. He wasn’t using it to support himself just rested his hand as he got off the commode and it pull right out of the wall. It should be at least bolted to a stud in the wall. Why put a towel rake in front of a handicap commode? There’s way too much walking, and you can’t go through the buildings so must walk outside. Maury’s was a great restaurant however very expensive. 5 adults $1400.00 PS I was disappointed in Expedia since when we arrived at the hotel .. Sunseekers showed no reservation. It took a manger from the hotel to straighten out the problem. Apparently Expedia failed to advise Sunseekers of our reservation.

The hotel itself was so beautiful and the room was super clean. It had a lot of dining options, but I found them all to be extremely slow. We spent a day at the pool and had to track our server down multiple times. Dinner took over two hours that evening and although we had a large group the server didn’t want to split our bill despite telling him in the beginning who’s on what check. Went to grab drinks at the tiki after dinner and it took forever so we went over to the allegiant sports bar arrived at 11 and they were already making last call even though they claim to be open until 12. Overall, the service was all very friendly just extremely slow, and I was quite disappointed that the latest bar was only open till 12 on a Saturday night Despite them having numerous restaurants. Also was said to have a $25 food credit when I booked through Expedia and no one could figure out how to make that work.
