"The house had everything we needed for our week vacation. The beds are comfortable, everything is high-quality, including the pillows and the furniture. And everything seemed freshly painted and very clean. I needed some help, figuring out the remote controls for the various lights and fans in the house, Daniela the host was very responsive, she came over and resolved that issue for me the same day. The house is a great layout, backyard was perfect for getting some sunshine, enjoying the pool, and watching the sunset. Would love to rent the house for an entire month or two next year if possible!"

"One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Clean, modern, great food and bar area, nice quiet pool area. "

"We were extremely tired when we arrived. The room we were given had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guest. The receptionist changed the room only after arguing and raising his voice. The new room we received had bugs, and the hot water system was problematic (cold water came from the hot side and hot water came from the cold side). We were also not sure how clean the beds were. The Wi-Fi did not work at all—we could not connect. The towels may have been washed, but they looked dirty and discolored. We did not expect five-star comfort or luxury, but we did expect a clean room, clean sheets and towels, a polite and helpful staff member, properly running hot water, and a Wi-Fi connection that actually works. After all, we did not stay there for free!"

"Our room was still dirty and the vents spewed HVAC junk through the day and night which means we were breathing in who knows what debris. We moved rooms, the room was cleaner but still some spew. I asked three times to speak to the GM and was never once contacted will NEVER stay here again. "
