“The breakfast was subpar. The cereal tasted as if it was stale and left out for weeks. The bathroom was disgusting, holes in the wall with a shower curtain that couldn't close due to the curtain rod having been somewhat ripped from the wall itself. Also there were spiders in the bedroom and the room had a musty smell when entering. The beds and pillows were very stiff and uncomfortable. The pillows themselves were very small and looked more like throw pillows you put on a couch rather than……

“Walking into the hotel felt like a trip to the Past so much original stuff. Many people say it's haunted sadly no ghost visited me. Great Piece Of History will stay again recommend the boat room/ presidential suite comes with free wine and beer as well as breakfast.”

“There was a large group of people with teenagers there that conjugated in the breakfast area. They were extremely loud for quite a while. Just not an experience that I have had after years of staying at the Hampton. It just seemed very out of control with kids running constantly up and down the hallway slamming doors.”

“I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. “This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.”

“Staff was extremely helpful and friendly during check-in, had gold cart transportation to our villa and back to the main building. The walk back and forth was beautiful along the water and only took about 3 min each way. We arrived late in the day and the restaurants were closing but the staff let us eat before close, they didn't have to but was very much appreciated! Food was amazing at the restaurants and the food court was also just as amazing. Room was beautiful with a beautiful view,……
