Great location

Excellent location- Amazing Mediterranée view!
Location is great! The view of the Mediterranée is incredible, a pleasure to wake up to it every morning, and relax in the evening. Well equipped apartment. Literally steps to many restaurants with terraces to the sea. On a pedestrian way so no car noises. Parking is only 50 metres from apartment and it's free. A/C in case it gets too hot. Can't say enough good things about Chrystelle (who received us and came back for the check out) very responsive to any needs and very friendly. Same thing about Nicolas, the owner, quick response to any email, and agreeable. During June, crowds are not large and it was very enjoyable! The beach is literally your front yard. We will go back, hopefully soon!

Probably the best accommodation in Argeles-sur-Mer
Perfect! Fantastic views of the promenade and sea, stylish apartment with ample room for 4, prompt and friendly communication with Nicolas and Badia, fantastic location near bars and restaurants. We have stayed in many places in Argeles but this is definitely our number one choice and we hope to be back next year!

Modern light and airy apartment in possibly the best location in Argeles. For us May is the perfect month, everything is open but no crowds. Next door to several restaurants and with streets of shops behind but not noisy, the view of the prom and sea is a delight to wake up to.

- sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung - Küche ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet - großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach - großzügige Duschen und Bäder - perfekte Strandlage - Pyrenäen sind sehr schnell erreichbar für Wanderungen - schöne Gassen zum durchlaufen, shoppen und essen gehen - Hafen 1,6 km entfernt / frischer Fisch kann dort direkt von Fischern erworben werden - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Fonprix bis Lidl vorhanden

Tolle Wohnung mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten
Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles sehr sauber und gespflegt, sehr angenehmer Kontakt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal (Nähe zum Strand, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurants, Bars, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel), allerdings ist man dadurch in der Hauptsaison wirklich "mittendrin", was zum Beispiel auch bedeutet, dass sich die Parkplatzsuche schwierig gestalten kann.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage
Wer mit seiner Familie einen schönen Urlaub am Strand verbringen möchte, liegt hier goldrichtig: Zwei Elternschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, zwei Bäder mit Dusche, insgesamt zwei Toiletten, großzügiges Wohnzimmer (in dem zwei weitere Klappbetten aufgestellt werden könnten) und ein Essbereich mit großem Esstisch, eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Von der Ferienwohnung aus über die Promenade an den Strand. Besonders positiv: Klimaanlage, W-LAN mit genügend Bandbreite für Streaming, gute Schallisolierung. Wir haben auch viele Ausflüge gemacht, z.B. Carcassonne, eine Bootsfahrt auf dem Canal du Midi, Fahrten mit dem Train Rouge und dem Train Jaune, die Festungen Peyerpertouse und Queribus. Zweimal sind wir nach Collioure gewandert und haben dort am Hafen gegessen, an einem Tag dort die Fahrt mit dem Touristen-Kleinzug auf Rädern gemacht. Kostenfreie Parkplätze haben wir immer in der Nähe der Touristeninformation gefunden. Zur Not gibt es auch gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze in Hülle und Fülle, wir haben in drei Wochen aber kein einziges Mal ein Parkticket benötigt. Letzter Tipp: Das Tropical Golf ist zwar vom Preis relativ hoch angesetzt, bietet aber zwei Parcours, die sich deutlich vom Minigolf unterscheiden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Ferienwohnung bedenkenlos allen Familien mit bis zu vier Kindern (oder zwei Paaren mit je einem Kind) weiterempfehlen.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf den Strand und auf das Meer. Die Ausstattung lässt an nichts fehlen. Fast wie zu Hause, nur in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war zügig und unkompliziert. Wir waren in diesem Jahr das zweite Mal in diesem Domizil. Und wir haben zum zweiten Mal erneut die allerbesten Erfahrungen gemacht. Confortable séjour en famille
Très belle location, idéalement située en front de mer (pas de voiture), au coeur d'Argeles sur Mer. L'appartement est très bien équipé, il est bien insonorisé et climatisé. A 100 m des premières vagues de la grande bleue à pied. A proximité aussi de tous les commerces, restaurants etc... A gérer simplement : le stationnement de la voiture et les accès pour l'arrivée et le départ mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Propriétaire et services très accueillants. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci Nicolas et Christelle.

Appartement idéalement placé pour profiter des levers de soleil sur la Méditerranée, de la promenade de bord de mer, des environs … Il est conforme à l’annonce, bien équipé, grand et lumineux pour les pièces à vivre (moins lumineux pour les chambres, mais on n’y reste que peu tant il y a à faire aux alentours !), les 2 salles de bain et WC sont un plus quand on est nombreux. Mention spéciale pour l’insonorisation : nous sommes arrivés pendant la fête américaine (ambiance garantie, activités pour petits et grands) : stands et donc monde non stop du matin au soir sous les fenêtres les 2 premiers jours, aucun bruit dans l’appartement quand les baies vitrées sont fermées ! Nicolas est un hôte prévenant, disponible pour répondre aux diverses questions. Christelle qui nous a accueillis et était là aussi pour notre départ est une personne très agréable, disponible et arrangeante. Un sans faute pour ces vacances. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cet appartement pour continuer à découvrir cette belle région !

Super vue sur la mer. Idéalement situé. L’appartement répondait exactement à notre attente.
Super séjour à Argeles. L’appartement était aussi bien en vrai que sur photos. Très bon accueil. On a même pu prolonger le séjour d’une nuit supplémentaire pour notre plus grand bonheur. Appartement à recommander. Quelques détails, en regard du tarif de location, tels que sommier literie parentale trop bruyant (mais très bon matelas), taies d’oreiller en synthétique (coton serait plus supportable en été), coussins de chaises salle à manger méritant des housses, canapé salon pas tout à fait confortable, manque d'un climatiseur avec un split par chambre ou à défaut un ventilateur dans la seconde chambre nuancent notre appréciation, mais le charme et l'ambiance intérieure de l'endroit l'emportent cependant!
