“When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to……

“Filthy room. Stained towels. Hairs in the sink. I had to ask for soap and shampoo. No water cups. Non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. Smoke detector knocked out of the ceiling with wires hanging out. Cigarette burns in the comforter. No table to eat food or work at, so I had to hunch over the end table. ”

“Fruit and cold cereal”

“The floor was in our room was very dirty; we actually washed it ourselves because we don’t wear shoes in the room and it made our feet filthy. The elevator smells like body odor; it needs to be cleaned. Most of the staff are friendly but some of the front desk people are not customer service oriented; they are more interested in being on their phones or having personal conversations. The people cleaning the breakfast area do a great job; they keep the tables washed and everything is well……

“Decent property ”

“I walked in and walked right back out! The smell of cigarettes and weed was over powering.. The staff did try to move us but the other rooms were the same. Bottom quality hotel”

“The hotel overall could use a good deep cleaning, the staff was friendly and nice, breakfast was fresh and good. No exhaust fan for the bathroom. When we parked to check in there was not anything with a sign lighting up to specify front of building or lobby (after dark). The exterior side door to the stairs slams extremely hard. Not the worst hotel i had stayed in, but also not the best. ”

“I liked my room very much. It had everything I needed, including things I didn't.... blow dryer, fridge, microwave. The beds were very comfortable with a variety of pillows and the linens felt good. I had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast is convenient and good. I've stayed here twice and will stay again in 6 months. The staff were all friendly. The facility was clean and quiet.”

“The property had the wrong checkout time posted on the door in the room. We were going to checkout at the time posted, but staff started knocking aggressively on the door, and then informed us that the checkout was actually at 11 AM, I apologized and explained the misunderstanding and they were still very rude, asking us to keep the door open and move our stuff, even though my wife was getting dressed. I think it is unnecessary to be so rude over a simple misunderstanding like this. Very……
