Goldenes Oktober Wochenende
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da das Wetter mitgespielt hat, konnten wir Anfang Oktober noch den Garten und die Terrasse genießen. Die Altstadt mit zahlreichen Gaststätten ist etwa einen km entfernt und fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles was man braucht. Wandertouren an der Ruhr oder durch die Wälder können unmittelbar vor der Haustür starten.

Für Familienaufenthalt perfekt
Für einen Ferienaufenthalt mit der Familie eignet sich die Fereienwhnung optimal. Es ist genügend Platz vorhanden. Besonders der Ausblick auf Arnsberg und die Terrasse ist ein besonderer Aspekt.

Traumhafter Blick über die Dächer des Hochsauerlandes
Was die Bilder bereits andeuten, wird von der Realität getoppt. Vom liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnzimmer, von der Terasse und von dreien der Schlafzimmer hat man einen wünderschönen Blick über Arnsberg. Sowohl am Tag, als auch bei Nacht. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über drei kleine und ein großes Schlafzimmer und erstreckt sich über insgesamt 4 halbe Etagen. Mit einem Balkon und zwei Terassen ähnelt sie dabei eher einem Fereinhaus. Der Check-in Prozess ist denkbar einfach. Eine kurze Information, eine viertel Stunde vor Ankunft, genügt und man wird direkt zur Schlüsselübergabe erwartet. Bei einem kurzen Rundgang werden die wichtigsten Dinge gezeigt und erläutert. Die Betten, inklusive der Matratzen, sind mittelhart bis hart und gemütlich. Bettbezüge und Handtücher werden bereitgestellt und müssen nicht mitgebracht werden. Das haben wir auch schon anders erlebt. Kleines Manko: In den Zimmern gibt es leider nur wenig Stauraum für Kleidung. Auch der große Kleiderschrank mit Master-Bedroom war nicht zugänglich. Wir haben die Sachen daher im Koffer gelassen, was bei einem Kurzaufenthalt aber nicht störte. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Mit Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd, Ofen und Wasserkocher sind alle notwendigen Geräte enthalten. Selbst Backpapier und Küchenrolle sowie eine Auswahl an Gewürzen wurden bereitgestellt. Einen kleinen Abzug bei der Sauberkeit musste ich machen, da der Duschvorhang im unteren Bad einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch verbreitete, der erst nach zwei Tagen Nutzung und Lüftung verschwand. Ich führe diesen aber auf eine unsachgemäße Nutzung durch die Vormieter zurück. Sollte es uns wieder in diese Gegend verschlagen, werden wir auf jeden Fall versuchen, diese Unterkunft wieder zu bekommen.

Großartige Wohnung mit toller Aussicht
Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern in und um Arnsberg sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist top, in 5 min. Fussweg ist man an der Schlossruine, in 15 min. in der Innenstadt. Vom Wohnzimmer und von 3 Schlafzimmern aus hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
