The accommodation has 3 bedrooms, one of which is in a separate annex on the property. The accommodation is ideal for families with children who want to live close to the city and have a large beautiful garden at their disposal.
Outside, the open terrace invites you to sunbathe or enjoy outdoor meals together.
The house is close to shopping and restaurants as well as many attractions such as Sågudden, the Vehicle Museum, Rackstadsmuseet and Byamossarnas Nature Reserve. A tourist train stops right in front of the house and you can take it through the streets of Arvika. Good swimming and fishing lakes nearby.
