"Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. Every shower had mold and mildew (and gross amounts of caulking) and mine included a sliver of dried bar soap complete with black speck inside the soap dish. The pillows were the kind you might...

"Very quaint cottage in a peaceful setting. We loved seeing the farmer gather his cows each morning as well as enjoying the sounds of he birds by the feeder. Being so rural, it took a little drive to get to any major roadway, but we quickly figured out the best routes. The cottage had many nice little amenities such as instant coffee, tea, seasonings, even fries in the freezer. Owner was very responsive when we had a question and gave us suggestions of things to do and where to eat in the area....

"Our family had an amazing visit at Casa Ceoil! The property was full of life (dogs, horses, goats,cats, and chickens). The house was centrally located within the county so we were able to take day trips. After our adventures we would be greeted by Luna (the sweetest dog)! One of the mares had just given birth a week ago so we had the opportunity to visit with their new foal. "The cottage was clean and charming. It was in an excellent location overlooking country farms and the Oceanside inlet town of Kilkee and near dramatically beautiful cliffs overlooking the Atlantic. The owners Thomas and Margaret were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I would strongly recommend this place for an Irish vacation."

"Excellent property restored modernized on Beagh Castle. On site proprietors available for assistance if needed. Very cozy, fantastic views of Shannon Estuary and castle grounds. Pier and gathering areas available. On-site cafe for light snacks, coffee and drinks. Very pleased with the quiet, private location. Active farming area. Close to many restaurants and pubs in Limerick.. Top of the Town Restaurant and Pub nearby in Askeaton. Overall, highly recommended for a unique stay."

"Our stay was great, excellent hosts, roads are very narrow getting there but that was a big part of the fun. Wonderful views, great little place to stay for myself, my wife and young 20s daughter, would highly recommend. If you want a quiet little place to relax and do not mind the ride you will not regret it"
