We enjoyed another great stay at the hotel. Staff was welcoming and informative. The onsite parking deck is a great amenity. Drinks and snacks at the bar were delicious
Clean, spacious room. Easy to find and parking garage attached to hotel. Delicious breakfast available for purchase. Friendly staff. Within walking distance to several restaurants, shops and pubs. Enjoyed our stay and wish we had stayed longer. Nice area with plenty to do.
The room was big, the bed was comfy, there was a tub and a shower which was appreciated.
Our VIP voucher for credit at the hotel restaurant arrived in the room mid evening when we had already had drinks/snacks at the hotel restaurant without the voucher. Not ideal.
The AC unit was not activated (late Sep) and the room was quite warm for sleeping.
Very large room and accommodations were on point. Bed was super comfortable and towels were so soft. One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in so far in Ireland.
Great hotel, stayed here many times. Short walk to the centre, direct regular bus transfer from outside the hotel to and from shannon airport - route 343, cost €8.60 one way.
We booked an exec room which gives access to the exec lounge, offering here is a little basic but the room is nice. My only feedback would be to suggest that the coffee machine in the room needs updating.

Liked: Cleanliness
Clean room, staff helpful, and bar was fun and good food.
Good parking under hotel, with lift to front desk and rooms. Great location, 5 minute walk over bridge into downtown and 10 minute walk to King John’s castle. BEST meal for supper EVER, food is great! Nice bar and restaurant area to eat in, or just relax. Would stay here again!

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Used as a stop over on a trip around Ireland. On site parking incredibly convenient. Hotel itself needs a refresh. Beds very comfy but aspects of the decor a little tired. Coffee shop over the road for breakfast is very good. Staff were lovely but towels in the bathroom were clean yet stained. Easy bed left in the corridor was not a good look as that was stained too. Most telling thing was that in both of the rooms we had the windows needed to be opened to let them freshen up. Nice to have the pool downstairs to relax in and staff there were very helpful. You need a cap to swim but not if you use the spa bits!!
