Very large rooms. The only thing missing, which was minor for me since I stayed for one night is that the room didn't have a refrigerator. Easy checkin/checkout process, central location on the Anatolian side.

The staff and location of the hotel to Carrefour are ok. We didn't get washing machine in our apartment and communication with English was rather difficult though should be expected. On the overall the Hotel is quite pleasing.

Nasty, dirty, I don’t know how they got good rating we walked in then 10 minutes later checked out and went to another hotel. Bed sheets are dirty bathroom was leaking water. The shower has dirt and Greece including hair.

Dear Valued Guest, First of all thank you for your feedback , all the hotels may have technical problems and some problems like this,I checked the room after you check out you are right there was only one hair on the floor and one eyelash on the bed that we dont know where it falled from, all the bathrooms are fixed and cleaned detailed everyday. The important thing is to solve the problem and we tried to solve the problem by making an upgrade to a panaromic suite you did not accept. We hope to see you again in our residence to feel happy and comfortable.(on the same day, lady who cleaned your room has a headcover on his head) Best Regards,

Everything was good except the ventilation in the rooms. The AC was on winter mode so it just blows a bit of air and the windows can't be opened. Other than that it's good. The hotel is a little bit far from shopping, you need a car or taxi .

House cleaning was NIL Service staff- Concierge need to clean up (uniforms were dirty); Please style up on this- Else overall is FAIR. Endevour to have standby transport for guests, or cabs. this was terrible!!!!! Thank you very much our stay was good.

Worst stay ever
They r liars ... They were suppose to refund back my money in 2weeks but now it's been more than 6 weeks that they haven't refunded they don't come on da phone hotels.com is not helping either... I'm having a gold membership with them but still no cooperation from them.

Spacious suits
Hotel was under maintenance. But it was not a problem. Also the rooms are clean. Only problem is you can't open the windows for fresh air.

a quiet place for a good holiday
great quiet place to rest, a little far from the city center. The problem with the hotel is the lack of information about restaurants and bars in the hotel and surroundings, all the information the customer must personally ask at reception.

Awful and crook staff
no point to be in this part of istanbul as it is very far and boring with no walkable nearby places to see! Cleaning is a joke and Internet access is complicated, slow and unreliable, please stay away from this place!

The hotel is good for families large studio flats fully equipped defiantly will stay again location is good if you want to stay in Asia side will be perfect for long stays if the hotel provide a washing machine and dryer

It was very good Apartments, very nice furniture, newly built tower . Good price according to the place. Small kitchen well supplied with micr wave oven, dish washer, toaster and mini refrigerator. But the local phone calls are very expensive! ! I advice to not use the telephone for calling.
