just WOW
I gotta say, it's been amazing! I stayed in their executive room, and now, I'm chilling in their suite. And let me tell you, it's a big step up from the usual places I crash at, like Hilton or Radisson. the suite is just wow. super spacious and fancy, but still comfy with a great view. Big shoutout to the hotel manager for hooking us up with an upgrade from a junior suite - was a pleasant surprise, making our stay even more enjoyable. but what's really awesome about this place is the staff. They're super friendly and always there to help out with anything. It's those little things they do that make a big difference. You can tell they really care about making your stay great. i'm totally loving it here and I'm already planning to come back. If you're looking for a top-notch hotel with great service, here is the place to be.

Excellent quality and service. Breakfast buffet is top notch as well as the waiters. Nice underground facility with pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Close proximity to 2 malls and lots of shops and restaurants.

The hotel is located at begin of one most crowded shopping street in Istanbul ,deferent choices of items ,soft and safe night live, A lot of Resturant ,2 closed shopping malls are closed to this hotel , underground shopping mall near by , Metro and main square just. 5 minuets walking.furthermore , health club and Turkish bath deserves for try , especially for those lovely wemons.The good things I observed at breakfast the excellent Controll of avoiding wasting food 👍

Fetiye was a very nice cleaning lady. She kept my room very clean, and when I asked her not to clean one day she listened, then she ran after me when I forgot something in my room at check out. Exceptional service. My only complaint is the my room key wouldn’t work & I would need a new one almost daily. Everything else was amazing; the staff, the location. I stayed for 5 nights & would definitely do it again.

As the room was not ready they checked in us late. Also as gold member we didn't get any free upgrade. The room was so hot and AC was not working.

An excellent experience! I traveled to the Bakirkoy district of Istanbul to undergo rhinoplasty, coming alone from the United States, and chose the Titanic Port out of a list of hotels provided to me by my surgeon's assistant. I couldn't have been happier! They were wonderfully accommodating, friendly, and always there if I needed anything. They made my experience even easier - the room was beautiful and clean, everything was perfect, the breakfast was delicious and the in-hotel cafe/room service was delightful as well. The location around the hotel is ideal as you have a mall right next door, but also can choose to walk the side streets to experience more of an authentic Isntabul shopping experience. Highly recommend the Titanic Port Bakirkoy!

Hotel was okay. We didn’t like the fact that on our arrival they requested a deposit of $100.00 US dollars or 100.00 euros in case we used the few supplies provided in the small fridge. . We refused to give the deposit and told them that this was not listed on their website or on the Expedia’s website. It was very upsetting and uncomfortable.
