“A brilliant place to stay, Great location & great service. Go dawgs”

“Everything was amazing.”

“The property itself was just perfect and I enjoyed it thoroughly after some bumps with the check-in process. It would be really helpful if all information was included in the Vrbo app. Now that I know the ropes I would happily stay there again.”

“Everything was excellent. The biggest impression I’m taking away and looking forward to the next time I book this property was the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Very relaxing and quiet after a long day. Thanks”

“Great place to stay. Good location in Athens and host is a good communicator.”

“The condo is very nice and in an ideal location. Perfect for a fun weekend getaway in Athens! The bed was SO comfortable, and the sectional sofa is big enough for 1-2 kids/people to sleep on (plus there's a rollaway bed in the closet). The building has an elevator, which was a big plus. We did have an issue with parking passes (the listing says 2, but we only got 1...we left a note on our second car's windshield and fortunately did not have any problems). We ate out for meals, but the kitchen……

“The first thing I noticed when I walked in around 3 AM the day I arrived, was the smell of ammonia or urine. There were no area rugs near the sofa or dining table as it was pictured in the photos online. That was important to me when I chose a place to stay because I was bringing my five-year-old grandson to come stay there with us. He was the……

“Looks nice in the pictures, but furniture is all for show! The neighborhood was sketchy, there was a lot missing, the cleaning crew missed so many things. We found the following: ⁃ Towel that had long hairs entwined in it. ⁃ Towel with a booger encrusted on it ⁃ A bandaid stuck to the window ledge ⁃ A pair of dirty shorts at the head of the bed ⁃ Bathrooms dirty ⁃ Some trash in trash can ⁃ Dirty toilet - Dirty washcloths VRBO is cool when you’re going somewhere touristy, but I have……

“Needs some care outside the front and back of house. We purchased a curtain for the backdoor and left it there. On arrival, the smoke detector had been taken down and thrown outside of the house There were 2 dirty pans in oven These things were annoying . Otherwise the house was an OK place to stay.”

“Highly recommend! Great host very accommodating and very responsive! Will definitely be ba k. Very clean and great location!”

“Friendly and responsive property manager”
