Wonderful staff, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Compared to other 5 star hotels in the area, this one stood out for the customer service. Rooms are comfortable, a bit outdated, location is great, very close to some of the best restaurants in town.

Our room with a balcony and beautiful view was wonderful, memorable. We were on the 3rd floor, and there was a fair amount of street noise at night, next time I'd request a higher floor, but otherwise it was excellent. Convenient to walk to sites, shopping, dining, etc. Would definitely return.
