“The HotSprings is the seller for sure. However, the dumpsters were being picked up at 750am. The staff didn’t tell us what HotSpring “room” to go to so we had an awkward experience figuring which one we had to go in. No air conditioning just heads up. Not a big deal to us but a fan would have been awesome.”

“Beautiful property right on the Salmon River. Beautiful covered patio with bbq and plenty of chairs. Bonus, a friendly chocolate lab on site. Bed was comfortable. Host was great, but no body soap, shampoo, or coffee. Had to shower and wash hair with Dawn, lol, but I would definitely return.”

“I have pictures and videos of this horrible unsafe condition. Bug's all over dropping off the ceiling threw the night all over the walls and floors. Dirty sheets other people's hair and glasses in the bed and some type of orange stains. Tube had other people's hair, mold, staind towels, toilet was not clean. The bathroom amenities had been opened and used prior to us. On the other bedroom it looked like mouse poop on the bed sheet. We had to remove our shoes and socks because the floor in the……
