I really wanted to like this experience. I wanted to stay in a place with a fun vibe. The lobby was energetic and I would love to sit with friends and have a drink in the future. That being said the carpet squares on the lobby floor had lots of bunched-up loose threads that were a trip hazard. The menu board said they offered premade salad but never saw any on the two days I was there. My room wifi did not work and neither did my bedside phone. I had wanted to call the lobby to let them know about the wifi but since the phone didn't work, I had to get dressed to do so. When I arrived back from dinner there were painters in my hallway who stayed there painting until midnight. The building engineer did come to my room to look at the wifi and phone issues but at that point, it was late in the evening and he was not able to assist. I needed to make some copies and the business center was under construction but the lobby staff happily helped. The lobby staff was very nice but the experience was not what I had hoped. The 6th-floor pool and bar area looked really cool and wish I had been able to check it out but my plans didn't include time to do so but I would encourage others to take advantage of it.

Way too noisy. There was a club next door that went until 3:00am and it felt like I was inside the club with the bass. It's cruel to even put people in those rooms without disclosing that up front. The room also had no body wash, no shampoo, no fridge, no coffee maker, no microwave. It was weird.
