“Everything about our stay was excellent from booking, communication and the actual apartment. It took me a few tries to work out how to use the toggle card to open the garage, counterintuitively I had to drive on the left of the access ramp to get close enough to the detector for it to register but I eventually mastered it. Counterintuitively because coming from the UK driving on the left was fine but every time I got in the car I was saying "driving on the right" to myself! That's a very minor……

“Kitchen has enough items to cook with however some of the dishes had a bit of wear, one of the coffee cups was cracked and leaked. Bathroom was fairly clean, but the jetted tub was not well cleaned out. When I filled the tub with water and turned on the jets massive clumps of hair and black mold particles came out so I would suggest cleaning those out for future guests. “The dish washer was broken I was there 3 days they came to fix it but couldn’t do it and promised me that someone else will one bit no one came. There was a fridge which has ice and water dispensers but was broken I asked them why it’s not working they told me it was going to replace but never happened I think they want people to go to restaurants and eat and bring your own water and ice that’s ok I did it. “Great accommodation for our needs. Clean, well laundered linens and towels. Nice Aveda shower products. Bonus this place has a small built in hair dryer as well as a coffee pot and coffee, though this is next to the best coffee shop in Whistler. The only thing was the noise? The windows and doors seemed very thin; when people came home late at night or when the garbage trucks came by, you really could hear it all. Overall, pleased with what we got; location couldn’t have been better.”
