“Everything about our stay was excellent from booking, communication and the actual apartment. It took me a few tries to work out how to use the toggle card to open the garage, counterintuitively I had to drive on the left of the access ramp to get close enough to the detector for it to register but I eventually mastered it. Counterintuitively because coming from the UK driving on the left was fine but every time I got in the car I was saying "driving on the right" to myself! That's a very minor……

“Great accommodation for our needs. Clean, well laundered linens and towels. Nice Aveda shower products. Bonus this place has a small built in hair dryer as well as a coffee pot and coffee, though this is next to the best coffee shop in Whistler. The only thing was the noise? The windows and doors seemed very thin; when people came home late at night or when the garbage trucks came by, you really could hear it all. Overall, pleased with what we got; location couldn’t have been better.”

“The dish washer was broken I was there 3 days they came to fix it but couldn’t do it and promised me that someone else will one bit no one came. There was a fridge which has ice and water dispensers but was broken I asked them why it’s not working they told me it was going to replace but never happened I think they want people to go to restaurants and eat and bring your own water and ice that’s ok I did it. Outside of the building was very filthy where my unit was located it was at the back no……

“From the moment I was in contact with Leo I could tell he was going to do his best to be a great host and I was right! He checked in to make sure all was well and helped us answer any questions we had immediately. We loved the oversized furniture, games and convenience. We also loved the hot tubs for after hours. We hope to come back again! Thanks again.”

“This is a time share property but meticulously maintained. Top appliances and materials used throughout. Service is through a hotel just next door, but they get things done quickly. Very friendly staff. Had one night that the property parking was full and I had to park outside across the street in the open (at their arrangement as well), and they gladly waived my parking fee for that night. The only thing I was surprised that the property didn't provide was bathrobes and sleepers. But I was……

“Clean. Great welcoming front desk staff. Pool was nice & warm. 2 hot tubs: nice! Polite & efficient valets in equipment room. Overall, great! Would recommend and visit again. The only thing the kitchen needed was a peeler (for carrots;)) Good communication with host before visit.”
