Check-in was good. The attendant polite and assisted us as needed. Where it all went wrong was a 530 AM wake-up to the sound of water. We found there was water flowing out of the bathroom ceiling light, exhaust fan, and down the door frame into the bathroom floor and out into the bed area. We took video of all the water for our records. We are not responsible for any water damage caused. Called the front desk with no concern. We could not use the bathroom, shower, brush teeth, etc. We only quickly dressed, packed up, and left the room. When showing the front desk on our way out we just got an "Oh wow". So frustrated we did not even eat breakfast at the hotel. We have called TRU corporate as well and reported teh issue. We left so fast that we never even knew if there was an active manager available.
