Hotel was great. Too many kids on the casino floor after 12:00 in the morning. No security monitoring the playfulness of these kids.

The heavy smell of cigarette smoke was intolerable. We booked non-smoking room, but the deep smell of cigarette smoke in our room, esp in the linen, was overwhelming . We were also supposed to have a mini fridge in room, which was not there. We intended to order room service and eat while getting ready but there was no menu or anything in the room. Lighting is terrible in the room, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls and there were rust stains all over the bathroom. I never leave reviews, but for the price we paid for the room, I needed to let others know what you get for the price.

Very nice experience. We will definitely stay here again. We got the room we booked. Very nice view of the water. Staff were very helpful. Transportation to the Boardwalk Hall for the show we were attending was easy to and from. I liked that we were away from the busyness of the Boardwalk. My husband wished we were closer. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Love the pillows. The only thing I would suggest is that there be grab bar placed in the showers for the seniors.

Everything seems fine from outside and before you check in. When you walk into the room is also nice in the beginning but as as soon as you start relaxing you’ll notice how old the room looks and how badly it needs an update. We found hair on the bed before we even laid our heads on pillow. We also found tiny hair stuck on the bath towels we we’re about to use, which is just super disgusting. There was rust all over our bathroom sink table. There was people arguing and yelling next to us. We asked to get rooms changed or cleaning at least but never happened. Instead it seemed like a normal thing for them to hear so they just send us new towels. Long story short never staying there again and if you do check your bed and towels better yet bring your own towel and sheets.

On the first night of my stay I was awoken sometime after 3am by a incredibly loud mechanical noise. It was on for over 2 hours which stopped any ability for me to sleep. After 5 am when walking the hall to the elevator I ran into a building engineer who told me there was mechanical testing going on, and that the front desk should have warned me or put me in a different room. Following this I went to the front desk who had no idea anything was happening. Horrible way to start my stay.

This has been by far the worst vacation ever in lifetime. Drinks were extremely watered down and you paid double the price. You were charged for EVERYTHING! Although i was a guess i had to pay to get to the pool that was closed at 5pm every day on the dot, matter of fact 4:50 you're run out. If you ordered food you better make sure you eat it all or through it out because the whole facility has no microwave. That's the hotels policy. You can't connect your Netflix or anything else on the TV you have to pay $20 to watch anything. The resort was dead down to the casino. Complete waste of money. I regret it with a passion. I hate i ever let the pics fool me. My husband stated he doesn't even want to dream of that place yet alone go back. He was that disgusted.

I liked the cleanness of the property. And my over all stay was average. What i didn't like was having to pay to go to the pool $10. per person. With the pool hours being 10 to 5. Plus the day I visited the pool it closed early 3:30 for a Convention. Also did not like the variety of eateries. Several were closed leaving limited options. In addition of waiting nearly 45 minutes to retrieve my car from the Valet service.

The rooms are small and the walls are paper thin. The doors are extremely heavy so good luck getting a good night of sleep! I was woken up at 2am and my neighbor was woken up because i didn't realize how heavy the doors are. It was cheap but that's it!
