Relax with your whole family at our renovated 3-bedrooms 2.5 baths beach home that comfortably sleeps 6 adults and is a convenient short walk (about 1.5 blocks) to the beach! Enjoy beautiful sunrises, peaceful ocean views, and gentle sounds of the waves. Our beach home features newly renovated kitchen & baths, outdoor decks with ocean views, a cozy fenced-in backyard patio with table & chairs, gas BBQ grill, a new outdoor shower, and amenities such as beach chairs, fresh linens, free WIFI & more!

OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19:
The house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests. We use a professional cleaning company that follows CDC guidelines. While we take every precaution to ensure the house is clean, we recommend that you continue to practice safe social distancing, disinfecting of high-touch surfaces, and hand washing during your stay. Cleaning supplies are available in the house for guests.

WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT OUR HOME:
We love the location! The nearby beach is an easy walk (approximately 1 block or about 6 houses). We enjoy waking up every morning to a beautiful sunrise and having a cup of coffee while soaking in the ocean's peaceful view and gentle sounds.

ABOUT OUR BEACH HOME:
Our townhouse has 3 floors. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Bedroom #1 has a queen-size bed, closet, and tv. Bedroom #2 has two twin size beds, a closet and tv. The 2nd floor has the kitchen, dining table, living room, tv, and powder room (half bathroom). The 3rd floor has the master bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. Each floor has a deck with outdoor seating. Our property also has a cozy, fenced-in backyard patio (not shared) with a propane gas BBQ grill, patio furniture, and a NEW outdoor shower. The driveway has space for 2 cars, with additional free parking nearby. Perfect for family get-togethers, meeting up with friends, or working from home.

ABOUT BRIGANTINE:
Brigantine is a quiet, charming beach community and is not a beach party town. There's no boardwalk and minimal bars, most stores are not open late-, and the night times are very quiet. The beach is clean, with friendly people, and the local small businesses usually go above and beyond to serve their customers.

PARTY AND NOISE DISCLAIMER:
Our next-door neighbors are friendly, quiet, and respectful. We enjoy sharing our home with like-minded families that value peaceful family environments. If you're looking to host a party or go wild and make some noise, I'm sorry, our home is not for you.

Many of our neighbors live here full-time. Our dedication to them and the community is that we will not allow a party house, excessively loud/disrespectful guests, or any illegal activities on the property. We will strictly enforce all rules related to outdoor & indoor noise levels, quiet times, parking, & occupancy levels. Any violations of ours or city regulations may risk security deposit forfeiture. The City of Brigantine also does not tolerate party houses, illegal activities, or noise complaints. Brigantine Police have issued summons and fines in the past to renters AND homeowners!

Any damage, loss, city fine, excessive use, or abuse of utilities (i.e., cable TV, gas, electric, or water) may be subject to additional fees, which would be requested and paid through the resolution center.

Great weekend
We spent 2 nights in Brigantine at this lovely home. The location was great and the house was very clean and comfortable. We found all the items needed for our short stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, silverware snd glassware. All the furniture was attractive and comfortable. The towels and linens were excellent quality. The owners were very helpful and quickly responded to our questions. I would definitely recommend this property to others. We hope to visit again!

Another great stay in Brigantine!
This is our second time staying at this beautiful home in Brigantine. We enjoy all of the amenities it offers! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, great view, and convenient location. Jim and Amy are easy to communicate with - very responsive to any of our questions. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to friends and family looking to stay in the area.

Quiet, clean, perfect for families
We had a great stay. The house was clean, quiet and inviting. The house came equipped with everything we needed for us and our young children (kid plates/cups, baby gates, sand toys, beach wagon) which made packing much easier. Definitely recommend and hope to return.

This house was perfect for our relaxing family vacation. It’s close to the beach and the decks were breezy and shaded. We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautiful and clean. It had all accommodations. We had our 4 year old and 15 month old and we’re so thankful for baby gates, kids dishes and toys. Brigantine beach is an amazing place. Owners were quick to answer with any questions.

Wonderful stay!
My family and I loved staying at Jim and Amy’s. The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed inside (kitchen, linens) and outside (grill, propane, beach chairs and an umbrella). It felt like we were in a nice hotel. Jim and Amy were very accommodating and prompt to respond to questions. I would like to mention this was our first time staying at the north end of brigantine and the beach is very very narrow, meaning there was nowhere to go during high tide without getting wet, and there were many greenhead flies which we never experienced in our years staying on the south end. Other than that our stay was perfect! Highly recommend.

Fantastic property
My family and I spent a wonderful week at this house. It’s so spacious and immaculate. The kitchen is fully stocked, even had dishes for children. It’s was so convenient not to have to bring your own towels or bedding. There’s a wagon with beach chairs and they even provided beach tags. He beach is a block and a half away which is fantastic. You can see the ocean from the house. We were six adults and 2 babies and there was plenty of room for all of us. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this home for a vacation or quick getaway. I certainly plan on on returning!

We had an amazing stay at Jim and Amy’s place in Brigantine. It was impeccably clean, perfectly located and all around A++. We spent our mornings on the balcony, sipping coffee and enjoying the weather and views of the ocean! Could not asked for better accommodations.

Perfect place!
My family and I spent 4 nights at this beautiful home. We’ve stayed at many VRBOs and this one was definitely the all around best. It is extremely clean, brand new, excellent location in a quiet friendly town. It felt like home but with all the conveniences of a hotel. Everyone slept well because the mattresses were amazing! The towels were fresh, plentiful and felt brand new. There were thoughtful packets of soap, shampoo and lotion in the bathrooms. The set up of the house is perfect with bedrooms on the 1st and third floor and kitchen living room on the second. It gives everyone a nice individual space and yet a comfy meeting area to gather in. The beach is an easy block and a half away and beach chairs are conveniently located outside. Everything was in great shape and the host had excellent communication with all questions. Check out was a breeze! We loved our stay and will try to come back next year!

All the amenities for a relaxing and fun beach vacation!
I am from the area, so I come back every summer for a vacation with my family. This was my absolute favorite place to stay! It's clean, nicely updated, and has everything you will need for a great vacation at the beach. This VRBO is in a fantastic location - just a quick walk to the beach, easy parking, and quiet neighborhood. The property owners are organized, make check in/out a breeze, and are easy to communicate with via text or email. We're already making plans to come back again next year!

1st Brigantine Experience
Amy & Jim's place did not disappoint. The location is super close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The actual place itself was very clean and everything is updated as mentioned in the listing. They provided beach tags, chairs and a beach cart which was nice because it was one less thing to pack. This was my family's first time staying in Brigantine and we had some friend join us with their 1 year old daughter as well. The house worked out perfectly for two families. They took the downstairs and we took the upstairs master bedroom. It worked out perfectly! The backyard and outside shower were nice and I wish we were able to utilize it more. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Brigantine. We hope to stay again.

Our first stay on the North End of Brigantine
We are familiar with Brigantine but never stayed in a VrBO or on the north end. The location to the beach was great and we were mostly away from a lot of traffic. The property was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. This was much nicer that other rentals as they had a linen service and you didn’t need to bring towels and sheets. I would highly recommend and would stay again.
