This stunning Onetangi Beach House is a true sun-drenched haven. With ample outdoor space, it’s perfect for family fun, lazy afternoons, and soaking in the soothing sounds of birdsong. Tucked away from the road for privacy, yet conveniently close to the beach, local cafés, takeaways, and all the charm Waiheke has to offer, this is the ideal spot to relax and recharge. Step inside to discover a bright and airy open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, seamlessly flowing onto a sunny patio and courtyard through expansive bi-fold doors. This home was designed for effortless alfresco living. Tastefully furnished, every corner exudes contemporary style and comfort. The master bedroom features a luxuriously cozy King bed, creating a sanctuary for restful nights. Upstairs, the mezzanine level offers a spacious, light-filled retreat. This versatile area has two distinct zones: one side with two single beds (convertible to a Super King) and the other with an additional single bed and a day bed, plus a desk and some bean bags to lounge on. It’s the perfect space for kids or extended family to enjoy some privacy. Unwind under the stars in your private spa pool, perhaps with a glass of Waiheke Island’s finest wine in hand. Situated within walking distance of bus stops, a handy 4 Square grocery store, Z petrol station, and three popular beachfront café-restaurants, you’ll have everything you need close by. Explore further, and a short 7-minute drive brings you to Ostend Village for supermarkets and other essentials. Oneroa Village is just a bit further, brimming with eclectic shops, galleries, cozy cafés, and even a local cinema.

Things to note:

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed, Bedroom 2 (Mezzanine) - 2 single beds that can be put together to make a super king bed, 1 roll away bed, 1 day bed.

Additional fees: A compulsory exit clean of $240 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $30 per person, per stay, which includes beach towels.
Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

Please note: This property is not suitable for children under 5 years old. We take a maximum of 4 adults. A fee of $50 applies for guests over 2.

At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private cheffing, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping. Advance bookings recommended.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. To enquire about car hire contact Stay Waiheke.

Great home - everything we needed - close to beach and restaurants - loved man o war winery and casita for lunch. Oneroa was a lovely town- nice to chill on this island. Thank you
