We stayed in this property for two weeks and if we could have stayed longer, we would have! We initially booked this because my husband was going on a back country trip for a week and then he was going to join me for the last week to tour the vicinity. I wanted a place that was comfortable, clean and that I felt safe in staying in alone. My hobby is crafting and I brought stuff with me to work on while alone the first week.
I checked into the property alone and was immediately made to feel safe in that Bill, the owner, is only a stone's throw away if needed. He was just amazing. He saw me unpacking and without asking the very next morning brought me a long table from his home to work on. The home is spotless, is very well appointed, has everything anyone could possibly need. It feels very homey! It is situated in a charming western town. Everyone in town is super friendly and helpful. The museum just across the street from the home is a must-see. The mercantile store is well stocked. Ginger's resale shop is fun to check out and the antique shops are great! The Buckhorn Bar was our main hangout for great drinks and food. There are great day trips to take while at the same time coming home to this wonderful, comfortable home in the evenings to get recharged for the next day. We are already booked for a return trip and can't wait!!
