“The staff was very helpful as I had never used their airport shuttle and they explained precisely what I needed to do. My stay was brief since I was there to catch an early morning flight, but I regretted not getting to enjoy the hotel for a longer time.”

“I was misled to book this hotel, and explained to the hotel that we would like to cancel this stay, but they still checked us in while I was explaining to them, and later on told us that the stay was not cancellable because we had checked in. I called Expedia and talked to them through Expedia but the issue was not solved, so we were finally forced to live there, after one hour waste to time, and I got allergy by sleeping on the sofa bed. The front desk lady was aloof.”

“The general manager, Mr. Durham, was fully involved in customer satisfaction. This is our second time staying at the hotel, and we’ve already made reservations to return again in May. We truly enjoy staying here—the experience, the service, and the overall atmosphere are consistently excellent. Special thanks to the General Manager for maintaining such high standards.”

“Not very satisfied with shuttle service. The table, floor and eveywhere is sticky. Dirty water comes out from shower tab. Towels are musty. Breakfast is good that you can test sweet strawberries. Overall CP value is low. It won't be my option next time while visit Austin again.”

“选择酒店的原因主要是因为第二天一早要赶早班的飞机，酒店离机场很近，酒店的套房设施齐全，干净卫生，蛮方便的。特别需要提出称赞的是酒店的服务人员非常热情和负责任，在办理入住的时候主动和我核对第二天一早酒店去机场接驳车的时间并提前安排好衔接工作。第二天清晨，接驳车准时到达并守候，司机热情主动搬运行李。虽然仅仅住了一晚，但对酒店的服务品质印象深刻，下一次还会入住。”

“Building is tired and the deep stench of weed is embedded in the walls and floors of the building. Bed was saggy and lumpy and took over 20 minutes to get enough warm water for a lukewarm shower. Front desk wasn't really staffed, leaving long wait times, and there was confusion on taking payments. Parking lot is downhill from the hotel and there's not a place to unload in front of the door, so have to hull upstairs.”

“Networking have problems，talked with several staff during my four day stay, no one can solve it and most of the time they just don’t care. That’s a very bad experience.”

“We arrived and were given a room that was already occupied. The staff didn't know who occupied it but was able to give us another room. Fine, no big deal. However, the room we were given had other occupants, spiders. I understand you can't control what crawls into a room. One spider in the bathroom, that is fine. Three more spiders in the bedding and under pillows is unacceptable. Only to be told by the person on staff that they are sorry and there is nothing they can do, there are no more rooms……
