Water was shut off to the unit for a day (no fault of the owner) and that threw a wrench into our plans as well. However, the owner did all they could and it was an experience we wont forget lol. I WISH I could give it 5 stars, because the property management deserves it, however, the location and water situation just wasnt for us. The apt was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately the apt is next to a college fraternity and the music is blasted all night. First night the music stopped at 1030pm. We walked to campus several times; took about 20 minutes to do that. When we wanted to go into downtown, we ubered which cost between 8-12 bucks. Loved the apartment; very spacious. I would just say that the hallways and stairways are pretty grim: dirty and dark. Also the elevators were broken so that was kind of lame but to be expected from other reviews. Communication from Austin vacay was excellent and they responded very quickly. ##### Jessie S.
