Welcome to your cozy and private 750 square foot, one-bedroom living unit in the highly sought after Mueller neighborhood. Enjoy the privacy of a separate entrance, a full kitchen with all implements and appliances, laundry, a desk/workstation, wireless internet, smart television, a king bed, and a private balcony. This is a stand-alone unit as opposed to units located in apartment complexes which are common in the area.

Above and Beyond!

Loren and Brantley reached out a couple days before our check in dates to ensure a smooth transition the night of our arrival. The house was very clean and located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Both Loren and Brantley were very responsive to any questions/issues we had and helped resolve them in a timely manner! We would definitely stay here the next time we are in Austin!!

June 2023 Visit

We used to live in Austin and are familiar with the lodging options when we go for a visit. This place is an excellent choice for two people. It is very clean and comfortable and private, in a safe and quiet neighborhood, and convenient to other locations in Austin. And communication with the hosts is superb. This apartment is nicely done in every way, from a comfy king bed to the nicely appointed kitchen and living space. Great communication with owners and departure was simple. The location is convenient to restaurants, groceries and events. We hoped to book again in October but it was not available. Definitely recommend it!

Really, really nice property

VERY nicely done new 2nd floor 1-bedroom with excellent kitchen/kitchen amenities. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, food trucks and parks. Even close to a golf course. Easy parking. Seemed like everything we wanted to see in Austin was "at most" a 15-20 minute drive. Incredibly helpful property managers. Overall excellent!

Just what the doctor ordered!

My wife and I bought this little trip to Austin for our Daughter and her Husband as a Xmas gift this last year. They also just had a Baby Girl about 6 months ago and this became a perfect opportunity to allow them a quick escape while we watched our Granddaughter! Loren has been incredible from our day one contact and that remained in effect all the way through the trip! The property is just the way it looks so there was no doctoring it up. Both of them had nothing but great things to say about the place.

Amazing!

My husband and I were in town for UT football, soccer (BIG 12 Champs!), and basketball (season opener). This was the perfect home base for us. My husband walked to his morning workouts at OTF. I was able to bake some goodies for the basketball team (Brantley provided the baking items necessary and that I was accustomed to using back home). It was nice to learn a bit about the history of the neighborhood and the miles of walking trails/sidewalks were much appreciated. The washer/dryer were handy as well so that we didn’t have to travel home with stinky clothes! We will definitely come back.

Great Place To Stay In Austin!

This apartment just north of downtown was fantastic. Two of us stayed here for three nights when we visited Austin to attend a wedding. When we stayed, it had just recently been completed as an addition above the owner's home. It was immaculate, tastefully designed and decorated, comfortable and a true joy to stay in. Loren was very friendly throughout the entire process and was one of the easiest owners to work with I've yet to encounter in many years of private rentals. He was helpful and accommodating but never intrusive. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained and felt very trendy and safe. Parking on the street in front of the house was always easy to find. You will need to be able to use stairs to enjoy this apartment but it was very easy to access the private entrance which is off the garage alley (all the homes on this street have garages at the back of their homes). The alley is quite wide with homes on both sides and very clean and well lit. I arrived at 11:00pm and was very comfortable unloading my car and parking. It is easy to access I-35 and to get downtown or to the airport. If you want a beautiful and convenient place to stay in Austin for two people, this is it!

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful neighborhood

The apartment is even better than presented: spacious, light filled, great kitchen/living room, very comfortable bed.Mueller is a beautiful walkable neighborhood with lots of trees, many parks and restaurants all within easy walking distance. I will definitely try to stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, perfect for 2 people. Brantley and Loren were great throughout the entire process. Check-in and check-out were easy. An Amazing Time

First the rental was beautiful and had everything you would need for a long stay. Even the grocery store is walkable if any supplies are needed. The privacy is amazing and the owners are commutative if any needs do come up. It was an easy stay in a beautiful neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone coming to Austin.

Wonderful place to vacation !

This was our first VRBO rental. We felt like we were at home. Everything was neat, clean, and organized. We enjoy cooking and found everything we needed. Loren and Brantley were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We plan to stay again! Mueller is a beautiful area to stay in. You can get anywhere in Austin in about 15 minutes. The neighborhood has a beautiful park and many restaurants.

We just loved this apartment! Had everything we needed and more. The hosts made it super easy to find and the communication was fast and seamless. We had a perfect weeklong stay. Loren is a wonderful host, easy, friendly communication. I’ve never had an easier checkout! The space feels much larger than the square footage suggests, with high ceilings and a large bedroom with a king bed. The neighborhood is cute and quiet. This is definitely somewhere we want to stay at again.
