I’ve never felt this unwelcome in a hotel, ever. - at checkout, they told me I couldn’t wait at the lobby for my ride to the airport for more than 45 minutes. For real. Yes, they did… Never seen this lack of hospitality, ever. I waited outside in the rain. Never again.

The room was not clean. My key did not work. Even after telling the guy at the counter and having him fix, it still did not work. Paper towels dispenser in lobby bathroom did not work.

The lights in my room werenot working. I moved my room for the second night of my stay Because the staff was not able to repair the wiring problem in my original room

Everything was good, except the checking in. It took too long even though I had a reservation already

Room was nice and clean but for some reason air conditioner was not helping to cool the room no matter how low we set the temperature on thermostat. I wish AC would have worked well during our stay.
