"The staff was nice. I won't use this site to book if we stay again. We had the squeeky bed in the diagonal room. The other rooms looked better. Book with them. Beautiful surroundings. Dinner was awesome and breakfast was great, with made to order eggs. Cooked correctly. (That's hard to find) No fan I guess and so that means open windows. Summer can get hot!"

"Honestly, one of my favorite destinations and stays on a long list of places visited. Beautiful views, great spa facilities with use late into the night, and excellent staff. Our room was upgraded and it was simply amazing. The breakfast buffet was of top quality and restaurant served excellent meals. Bed was spacious and comfortable with a great morning sunrise view. "Super nice hotel steps from train to the slopes - five min train every half hour to the gondola and ski area Facilities are great wet and dry sauna and very nice heated indoor pool Breakfast is amazing fresh and with all kind of bread cheese and meats Isabela was amazing at the food area and Suzan as well at the front desk Rooms are comfy and there is light snacks after ski time which is perfect if you don’t need a big dinner"
