“Modern chalet-style property near Aviemore. Owner provided an incorrect code for the lockbox. No answer when we called. Never got back to us. By pure luck we tried a few different combinations & we got in. No help at all from owner. Fold-up bed was broken so slept on mattress on flor.”

“TravelNess Apartment was absolute perfection. It was incredibly clean, spacious, comfortable. We stayed over the Christmas/New Year holiday and the apartment was nicely decorated for the occasion.
