Very cosy and modern Studio totally renovated and fully furnished, perfectly situated in Ayia Napa (Famagusta-Ammochostos) with pergola, partíal sea view in great location (pubs & beach)
close to bars, shops and restaurants, walking distance to the beach and to the main square bus station.
Mínimum stay : 7 days
Ps: The electricity, wifi and water are included in the price, even for 1 month or more (by the way, the electricity is extremely expensive in Cyprus, be aware when it is not included in the rental agreement).
The tenant doesn´t pay anything at all, no surprises, no small letters, no headache, everything is very clear.
Capacity : 3 adults maximum.
