Beautiful renovated modern apartment in the beautiful natural Bad Sachsa. Located directly on the forest, the domicile invites you to take long walks in the morning. The apartment is child-friendly designed and located and offers many excursions in the vicinity.

The apartment has a new fitted kitchen with ceramic induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer combination.

The combined living / dining area offers enough space for 4 people. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable bed. In the living area, an LED flat screen is still waiting for a cozy TV evening.

In the bedroom there is a large wardrobe and a flat-screen TV in addition to the large 180x200cm bed.

The bathroom impresses with its size for a holiday apartment and offers a great advantage with a bathtub - especially in the cold season.

The apartment has a terrace with enough space to linger.

The entire outside area is well maintained and offers many opportunities for children with a swing, sandpit and a large playground. For bad weather there is a play room in the house with table tennis, table football and games.

In the main house you will find a sauna, which can be booked individually for little money after consultation.

There are sufficient parking spaces on the property.

In Bad Sachsa you will find all shops for everyday life and restaurants in every price range. Numerous leisure activities are offered in the spa park and a leisure center with adventure swimming pool, bowling alley and indoor playground complete the range of activities. In winter, the local mountain "Ravensberg" lures for skiing, cross-country skiing and tobogganing. A ski school and rental is in town.

Beautyful place.
Everything was fine, until we didn’t have any hot water at all for four days, which costed us 120 euro so we could go in the swim bad for the dusch four days in a row, but it came back the fourth evening at 5 pm. But overall it was a perfect stay.😃😃😃

Die Unterkunft hat das gehalten, was wir für den Preis erwartet haben. Es kommt immer darauf an was man erwartet. Spaß und gute Laune ist das wichtigste...und das hatten wir in dem Quartier. Immer wieder!!

Ankomstprocedure
Da vi intet på forhånd havde hørt fra udlejer, og da vi har været det før, tog vi for givet, at der var en reception som stod for udlevering af nøgler og anvisning af lejlighed. Kender var ingen til at anvise hvilken lejlighed og der var ingen til at udlevere nøgler. Kun ved et rent held traf vi en mand, som havde et telefonnummer til udlejer og som så fik udleveret kode til en nøgleboks og som så kunne låse os ind i lejligheden. Flere dage før afrejse, sendte vi mails til udlejer, for at høre, hvor og hvordan vi skulle aflevere nøglen igen, men vi fik aldrig nogen svar. Vi anbragte derfor blot nøglen på bordet og lukkede døren efter os. Vi har fortsat intet hørt fra nogen. Alt i alt er den totale mangel på ankomstprocedure en katastrofe. Vi var som sagt meget tæt på, slet ikke at kunne gennemføre vores planlagte ferie.

Schöner kurz Urlaub
Wir fanden die Wohnung super. Der Kontakt mit Vermieter und Verwalter war schnell und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber, klein und fein. Wenn sie, so wie wir es getan haben, zum frühstücken und schlafen genutzt wird reicht es vollkommen.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Wir waren überwiegend zufrieden. Der Kontakt zum Hausverwalter war komplikationslos und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung hat eine ruhige und gute Lage zum wandern, Spielplatz auf dem Gelände, moderne, gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Geschirrspüler ist nicht einsatzfähig gewesen, es musste Salz und Klarspüler selbst mitgebracht/gekauft werden (auch Tabs, aber das ist ja häufig so). In der Anzeige sollte nochmal deutlicher werden, es müssen wirklich alle Verbrauchsgegenstände mitgerbracht/besorgt werden Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel/Tabs, Geschirrhandtücher, Bettwäsche und Handtücher gibt es gegen Aufpreis, dies wurde im Vorfeld mitgeteilt. Es ist kein Föhn vorhanden. WLAN war nicht verfügbar, aber in der NAzeige erwähnt. Durch die gute Lage und nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist der Erwerb der Verbrauchsgegenstände kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

auf den ersten Blick ganz schön, aber...
Wir hatten uns sehr kurzfristig für einen Kurzurlaub mit unseren Kindern um Harz entschlossen und waren begeistert mit diesem Angebot ein vermeintliches Schnäppchen zu machen. Leider konnten wir unseren Vermieter nicht wie von uns gewünscht erreichen, so dass wir unsere Reisedaten und Bedingunen erst nach einer Beschwerde bei FeWo-direkt und somit kurz vor knapp erhielten. Am Haus angekommen zeigte sich, dass die Verwalterin auch erst einen Tag vor unserer Anreise darüber bescheid bekam, dass wir überhaupt kommen. Zur Wohnung: Auf den ersten Blick sah die Wohnung sehr gemütlich und sauber aus. Leider nur auf den ersten Blick. Die Wände und Decken hingen voll mit alten Staubflusen und Spinnenweben, im Schlafzimmer funktionierte das Deckenlicht nicht, die Küche hatte einen kaputten Türgriff zu verzeichnen und die Couch war auch sehr fleckig (eine helle Couch ist vielleicht nicht sehr von Vorteil bei Fremdvermietung). Das W-LAN war auch ein Witz (keine oder nur sehr sehr langsame Verbindung), aber das war für unsere Zwecke jetzt nicht weiter schlimm. Für Alleinreisende Paare oder Reisende mit größeren Kindern kann die Wohnung sicherlich ganz praktisch sein, für Familien mit kleinen Kindern allerdings nicht wirklich, da es keinerlei Kinderbett gibt. Ebenso gibt es nur einen Herd aber leider keinen Backofen. Man kann sich also morgens noch nicht einmal Brötchen aufbacken. Immerhin verfügt die Küche über einen Geschirrspüler. Ansonsten war die Wohnung aber sehr gemütlich, modern und platzeffizient eingerichtet. Die Umgebung läd zum Wandern ein. Im Ort gibt es ausreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein tolles Erlebnisbad welches auch für die Kleinsten Spaß bietet. Wenn man die Highlights des Harzes besuchen möchte, muss man leider immer etwas Anreisezeit von ca. 30 - 50 Minuten (je nach dem wo man hin möchte) einrechnen, da man in Bad Sachsa doch etwas ab vom Schuss ist. Alles in allem bleibt zu sagen, der Urlaub war für unsere Zwecke und den Preis ganz ok. Wenn man bedenkt, dass wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht haben, kann man sicherlich nicht zu hohe Ansprüche hegen.
