Dear Eric, thank you for taking the time to write a review. I would like to respond to some of the points that you mentioned: --We never advertise any air conditioning inside our rooms. During your reservation process, it was your choice to decline our property because of missing air conditioning. --Frankfurt am Main is Germany's 5th biggest city. Bigger cities attract more homeless people as well as drug addicts. Unfortunately it is not in our hand to regulate that. --Our main entrance can only be opened from the outside by using the appropriate keycard that each guest receives from us. The same applies to our parking gates. Guests are free to leave and enter this space, which means, it is possible that the gates were open for short period of times. The emergency exit could not have been open, as it can only be opened from the inside (for guests to leave the hotel in case of an emergency), which means that one guest left the hotel through our emergency exit and left a heavy stone at the door to keep it open, because the door is a self closing door. This was not the case. --According to my colleague, he showed you exactly where the "Uniklinik Frankfurt" is, so in fact, we did attend to your medical issue. --Most 3 star hotels in Frankfurt do not have air conditioning. The 25hrs hotel is a 4 star hotel. --My colleague in the morning was able clear the issue with the tourist tax and he sent you an invoice immediately after.
