Hotel room was very dirty and small. There were also a lot of mosquitoes and the AC unit didn't work very well, so I was bit even before we were able to settle in. Consequently, we ended up not staying at this hotel. Probably won't be booking there again nor via Travelocity again, unfortunately. There should be more accurate and updated information regarding this venue on Travelocity.com so customers can make a better informed decision on reservation, considering this was a non-refundable reservation. Very disappointed.

I stayed here for 5 days. I noticed they missed cleaning the room one day. 2 of 5 they didn’t leave water bottles. They are not consistent. Bathroom is outdated. Water sips out of shower door which I also complained to the front desk. Over all its an ok facility. Thanks

The hotel is located at the center of Balanga City, very accessible to places of interest in the city. It is next to the City Hall and Cathedral Parish of St. Joseph is just across. Most importantly, what really made our stay very pleasant is the attitude of all the hotel staff. From the people who’ll meet you at the ground floor, (since the reception is on the 3rd floor), the two pretty ladies at the reception, to the people at the restaurant, they were all very gracious, attentive, informative, respectful and ever-smiling. I can say they had a very good training in customer service.

Good, neat hotel.
Ensure you have a room that faces the plaza. My first room faced the back and the view was of some grotty stairs. Upgraded to Presidential Suite (they didn't have anything else) and that was a great room for the price.

It was a nice hotel , I thought parking is gonna Be hard to find. Since it's a street parking. the hotel is nice , the breakfast room is a nice place to start your day. Will stay again.

Good stay. Walking distance to all places to go.

Convenient and pleasant hotel
We liked the location of this hotel - right at the center of activities in Balanga, Bataan. We were there on a week-end and the plaza was full of activities. The mall and several restaurants were close by, as well as the cathedral.

Restaurants is just downstairs like jollibee greenwhich but the thing is they dont vacuum the floor and when you shower the water leaks in the whole bathroon floor, which makes it slippery. Free breakfst is good.

Confusing website wrong information provided
Website shows that the rooms had a city view access but not given during check in which i paid in the booking. Try to check first for the room availability before booking otherwise you spend and disappointed.

This is probably the best hotel in town. You will be living in a secured fortress and there is an in-room safe for your money and passport. cctv cameras everywhere just outside the hotel. Cops hangout at a spotting post on the other side of the plaza. The inside of the hotel has a modern/classy look. The beds have thick comforters and the a/c blows cold air, you will surely have a good night sleep. Checkout the 6th floor, beautiful view. The staff's hospitality and customer service is unmatched. female receptionist named dexter will hook you up, she has an answer for every question you have. Jecca the waitress knows the menu like the back of her hand, she will make sure you have a good dining experience. If you want to impress a girl, take her to this hotel. You won't regret it.

We stayed at the hotel 5 days. My rating would have been 5 if there was a pool and spa and then, we have to renew our key card everyday. Other than that we had a nice stay.

The room wasn't properly cleaned. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom. There was gum on the carpet and a used band aid near the trash can in the room which means that it wasn't vacuumed. There was no room service after hours. Breakfast was good. Also, when you first arrive, there is no valet service and there wasn't anybody to tell you where to park. It wasn't very welcoming.

Enjoyed stayed right in the heart of Balanga. Food menu catered to Asian travelers and local cuisine. Very nice stay, very professional staff!

Good, basic hotel at the heart of Bataan
Place is nicely sitauted in the Capitol of Bataan. Getting to and from different destinations is a cinch. Hotel contains basic necessities and is overall a comfortable stay. Concierge was greatly helpful and informative. We would suggest however, that they improve the Wi-fi connection. Our room also had problems with a leaking Air Conditioner and a vandalized wall.

Best Hotel for Weekend Escape from Manila!
Wonderful hotel. A GEM in the Luzon Island. The hotel staff gave me a room upgrade underneath the central clock tower with stunning views of the Plaza Mayor. Definitely felt like I was in Europe. Comfortable beds and decor, it started to age but still good. Breakfast Buffet was in their Function Room with Rooftop Garden Views of the town. Really amazing hotel overall, couldn't have asked for a better weekend stay!

The Plaza is a nice hotel and the staff are wonderful. The restaurant food was good and the service quick. The only negative item was my window faced a wall. Absolutely no view. If booking a room make sure you specify a room with a view of the plaza.

No smoking hotel, no smoking city! Streets at the town center were a bit crowded but pedestrian and traffic was generally disciplined. Kyoto resto in hotel was very good, generous portions and tastes great. Staff was attentive but management needs to do better in training them. Very easy to get around. Definitely buy tinapa from the market as pasalubong.

Nice hotel, staffs are friendly, room service and chamber maids are superb. only flaw is that tis city is a smoke free city. I wasn't informed when I checked in. all of sudden, the reception called me and said i would have to pay 2k pesos if i want to smoke in my room.. i was stunned. reception should have informed guests when they check in. not giving them surprises. overall tis is a good hotel.

The bathroom stinks like a dirty water in the canal. The grout in the tiles are already broken considering this hotel is only one year old. The aircon didn't seem to work... I was disappointed

We will return for another stay - worth the price.
We had two rooms for family and we overlooked the plaza - room was nice and comfortable, and was worth the price indeed - Many restaurants, the mall, and lots of things are within walking distance. Parking is free so that was a big plus as well. In City Hall Plaza so there is lots of activity - but overall - we will be back..
