Property looks good overall, still had a very bad odor in the room, we had to change to another room (there was better but still could feel it).

The place is nice, the stuff are rude and don't care much for the visitors. The food is the worst food we have ever had in a hotel

Casa di Fiore is a refined hotel with friendly staff. I spent a pleasant weekend enjoying the wonderful garden of the complex. I recommend.

One of the best hotels on the Black Sea coast. New and luxury and great food options, warm swimming pools and clean and quiet beach area.

Food is excellent. Extremely clean. Spa is spectacular. Rooms are perfect. Beds & pillows are extremely comfortable. Beach is well designed and seaside is good with sand (no stones).

das Hotel ist gepflegt, der Garten klein aber wunderschön, das Schwimmbad ist mit Mineralwasser aus eigener Quelle gefüllt, der Strandteil mit den Liegen ist sehr sauber

Tromperie sur Chambre vue mer , en fait , sortir sur les moins : le balcon , et se pencher sur le coté pour voir la mer , seule les chambres vue piscine on vue mer . Nourriture pas varié , tous les soirs , méme plats Pas de manager , en salle , à la piscine , et dans l'hotel seuls les employés , dont la moitié ne sourit jamais les plus , plage privé , agréable , hotel neuf

En mycket positiv upplevelse-stjärnglans
Hotellet är endast 4 månader gammalt och har femstjärnig klassning. Vi erhöll varsitt armband som fungerade som dörröppnare, betalningsbekräftelse samt behörighet till hotellet. Fungerade ypperligt. Du kunde enkelt följa dina inköp på ditt konto via rummets tv. Hotellet hyr i huvudsak ut rummen med halvpension. Maten är mycket god, färska produkter och väldigt välsorterad. Det är buffé som gäller. Tyvärr vet inte alla gäster hur mycket de orkar äta, så det slängs alldeles för mycket. Dryckessortimentet är mycket bra. Personalen är mycket effektiv, hjälpsam och vänlig. Vi provade hotellets SPA som ingår och de har bla sex stycken olika bastu. Behandlingarna som kunde köpas till var mycket bra. Det var rent och snyggt på hela hotellet såväl ute som inne. Ett minus är att parkeringen inte är asfalterad och att den grusade ytan rycker väldigt mycket.
