"Excellent house for a large group (there were 7 of us), kitchen was well stocked, host was super easy to work with (and accommodating). The only awareness would be there isn't a bathroom on the main floor (kitchen, living, dining), not a big deal unless you had mobility challenges. Off street parking was great, and the neighborhood was nice.. "

"The parking lot could be improved. It was more a construction site than an actual parking lot, but that doesn't take away really from the experience, just a minor thing to note. Overall very happy with my experience. The space met my simple needs. Recommended if you're looking for a simple place to stay. Proximity to Rockaway Beach is great!"

"Great location and helpful owner! Just minutes from JFK, short drive to Flushing Meadows and LaGuardia. Had a good time with extended family. Comfy beds, furniture. Some small hiccups in a newly refurbed place and first-time rental, for example, soap, salt-pepper, and 3 fun functional restrooms items should help. "As soon as I walked in the smoke alarm was beeping so I had to contact the host and wait for that to be fixed. Then I went to take a hot shower and relax….. no hot water.
