“Didn’t put bags down and did not stay. Left without requesting refund -that bad. Staff left property so left a note saying we were not staying. Room lighting was so dark it felt like an alleyway. Smelly, broken AC, insects flying around, no signal on tv. And that was enough to leave. Added note: it’s been years since staying here so the expectation was that it was decent coming in from out of town and seeing it listed on hotels.com. I lost my cash reward but it was worth not waking up with...

The location was convenient and made it easy to enjoy the area, while still being peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive.
