First impression, absolutely beautifulPosted Nov 4, 2015
Pros: The lobby and hotel appearance. The outside parking to register was limited and confusing, unless you wanted to use the valet service.
Cons: The furniture in the room.
Location: Not applicable. Was not there long enough to find out.
Room was very standard, nothing special. Would have preferred updated furniture. Desk, tv armoire were pretty outdated and scratched up. Was approached by a woman who ended up being a panhandler. That was unnerving.

Right on the bay and great view.Posted Nov 3, 2015
The staff member named Emily that checked us in was so friendly and super helpful. Could not have had better service and more welcoming for my first trip to Baltimore.

Right on the water at Baltimore Inner HarborPosted Nov 3, 2015
Pros: The location and overall feeling of being in a nice place.
Cons: All hotel rooms seem to be too noisy for me. I could hear the shower going full blast in the room next door and the refrigerator made too much noise.
Location: I can't say enough good things about the location. Great restaurants with a range of pricing. Great shopping - not all high end - even a Marshall's.
A bit of a ride through Baltimore from I-95 to get to, but this should be considered a DESTINATION and not a one-night layover. Located right in the middle of all the action on the Baltimore Inner Harbor Waterfront with lots of restaurants, shops and touristy things to do. I went for a morning jog right along the harbor walkway enjoying it all the way. The hotel is very nice and well run. I would NEVER pay a FULL rate - just to expensive for my budget, but cost should be considered separately from the overall hotel and the experience there.

Right on the waterPosted Nov 3, 2015
The hotel is beautiful and right on the water. However the reason I didn't give five stars is because of what happened when I first got there. I had book a king sized room and prepaid and when I got there they told me they didn't have it and where going to give me a double bed room which wouldn't work because my boyfriend is super tall and doesn't fit in it. I was angry but they put me in it anyways. Then I get to the room on the 6 th floor and the keys didn't work! I ended up having to go back down and speak with the manager because the staff just wasn't trying to help me. He ended up upgrading is and putting us in a king room...I asked him why I couldn't get that before because the size was the same as the double bed and he said because it had just been renovated. I would go back to this hotel but I'm hesitant if I will get the room I actually booked and paid for.

Baltimore East is the best kept secret in the CityPosted Aug 25, 2015 on Hotels
The location was perfect… from the shopping to the food to the ease of access to other parts of the City! The concierge was amazing! The bed was extremely comfortable too! Can’t wait to visit again
