You need to bring back 2 things. First, maid service ( COVID is over) and second, the free breakfast. Many of your fellow hotels offer the free breakfast. Doubt you will attract many groups such as soccer teams.

It is an OK normal Hilton garden experience, nothing exceptional. Neat rooms, friendly staff. The biscuit and gravy was very nice. The pool though was not clean so I couldn't go in. Looks like it hasn't been in use for awhile.

With some women's shelters being full, two moms and 3 young kids really enjoyed the pool, affordable, bed and breakfast service. Also our favorite was ability to safely have courtesy later check out. Keep up the great work.

The service was terrible, all of the staff were unfriendly and were not knowledgeable about my package. I showed them that wifi was clearly included in my package they wouldn't give it to me. Very rude.
