Fairmont Banff Springs Gold Experience
The bathroom was very small and disappointing for a Fairmont Gold room. It felt cramped and basic, not in line with the premium experience advertised. For the price, I expected a more spacious and well-designed bathroom.

Lovely hotel. Great spot. Perfect views of the mountains. Fantastic customer service. We have stayed there both times in Banff and would definitely go back again.

Douglas Fir Resort and Chalets
Kids love this hotel because of the amenities. Great pool with waterslides and play zone area. Free bus transport is awesome too
