But unfortunately when I went into my room it was very cold and the heating in the room did not seam to work I needed to keep the bathroom door open to try and let the radiator in that room to try and help heat the bedroom. When I said about this I was told it was because I was a last minute booking so they never had the heating on in the room. The next issue I had was there was not hot water in the morning for the my sower. When I never got any good response about the heating in my room I thought there was no point in saying anything about this. It felt more luxurious than other accommodations we have stayed in on our trip, staff service was excellent. We stayed in the executive double room and the extra space this room offers I would highly recommend. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. It’s a perfect place to relax. The attached bar and restaurant are the best in the area. Reservations for dinner are recommended. The dinning room is small so the reservations fill up.
