Property was clean, updated and quiet. Every request was quickly fulfilled. Parking is tight but overall this is a great property set just away from town with easy access to all the town offers without the traffic and noise.

Location was convenient with free bus ticket for bus into Downtown. Efficient, friendly staff. Room was smaller than anticipated. Surprised there was no air conditioning and no door leading upto loft bedroom. Temperature was uncomfortable at times in the height of summer.

We had a lovely 4 days/3 nights stay! Highly recommend the Superior Suite. We had a kitchenette and was very convenient. Room was spacious and very clean. Will definitely consider booking again when we return in Banff.

Our stay was great, the resort it’s very convenient for a large family with good amenities. Bed was comfy however The cleanliness needs to improve, the sofa was disgusting, the washroom was not clean well enough, the rooms need some deep cleaning. Dirty walls, etc. I have stayed in this resort lots of times before this time was not great because of the cleanliness.

The staff at this property are outstanding and very helpful. It’s an older resort with some updates, but overall clean and comfortable. We stayed during what seemed to be the hottest days possible, and were startled to discover upon arrival there was no air conditioning. Expedia, that is something that needs to be stated in the information about the hotel, as opposed to customers who have spent $500/night discovering it on their arrival. Other than that, it’s a decent hotel with excellent staff.

The appliances were good, kitchen stuff was good, beds were fine Although the condo were not as clean as expected, some spider webs all over the ceiling, the front staff were not professional enough to accommodate our group reservation. Yet I should mention that Lili , was the most professional and she tried to get the things right after the rudely maner of her colleges.

Bus stop is right outside the property. We booked three nights, upon check in, we received three days of bus pass. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though the property is not right in the middle of downtown Banff, but it’s only 6 mints away by car or bus.

Banff is expensive in the summer. This place was very pricey but maybe not for Banff. The carpets and couch were not clean. One of the beds collapsed when I laid down on it. On the plus side, the bathrooms were Reno's and clean. There was no AC and it was very hot. The property is dated

I received a recently upgraded unit. It is nicely upgraded unit. Beds, bath, kitchen- all were excellent. If you are renting during summer, please be aware that unit does not have Air Conditioning. The unit was hot the day I rented.

Property is surrounded by mountains and it’s quiet. Front desk staff are very friendly. Only lacking is air conditioning, but we opened our balcony door for fresh air and used fan. Over all it’s good.
