“This property is conveniently located close to Kent Falls State Park. The owners are very friendly and chatted with us at checkin and during breakfast. Restaurants and stores are in Kent, about 6 miles away. Breakfast is included: cereal, juice, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, pastries, coffee, and tea. Our room did not have a dresser but other rooms, which had 1 bed instead of 2, did. The heater was noisy but it worked fine and kept the room warm. The bathroom is tiny. There is a nice room to...

“This lake home is absolutely beautiful! The views from the enclosed porch/sunroom are breathtaking ! My friend woke up early one morning and captured the sunrise, she said it was spectacular moment. Karen was an amazing host! Extremely accommodating and very welcoming! We loved the the snack basket, the fireplace at night, the gorgeous views of the lake as we dined Al fresco. The children had a ball and enjoyed the dock and kayaks. Omg I could go on and on. I hope we get to stay here again...

The bed and sheets were extremely comfortable, great shower and there were enough books and games for any taste. It's well located near some...

“The room had a strong mildew smell that caused me to be congested when in the room.”

“Great location, close to the river”

“I didn’t realize there’s no cable/smart tv”

“Alfombras ya antiguas y con Olor a encerrado, en general ya tiene sus años la propiedad y se nota”

“Everything about Jefferson House was perfect. It was located in a beautiful part of Connecticut adjoining a state park. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a large island for dining. The bed, pillows and living room furnishings were very comfortable. The house was well up-to-date with two TVs, a charging device with multiple cords, a double oven (!), and countless thoughtful touches. I cannot recommend it highly enough!”
