Scam no acceptable for AC chain
After book a junior suite.with a very high price (more than a purple billet/night), when I arrive at the hotel they give me a room very small that has nothing similar to the photos that the hotel shows, the room does not have a sofa or a rest area. After consulting at reception, they told me that "they are tight on availability" and that I can change if I want. But they tried to scam me, this is the big resume.

The rooms are large with a balcony/terrace, Well appointed. The air conditioning was very poor. It was warm in the room and sleep was difficult.

Nice property in a central location. Chose it cos if the proximity to the stadium and it was worth it. I booked a room with 2 twin beds but was given a room with 3 single beds instead. I complained and the staff tried to change it but there was no available room. Food was expensive though and facility could do with some upgrade so it’s more modern. But overall is was ok and quite spacious.

Great experience. Family oriented! Amazing personnel and the food at the restaurant were delicious. I stayed with my two kids, and they really enjoyed it. Close to train stations and two great malls. One is the El Corte Ingles and the one next to that I'lla Mall. Both are great and you can go walking. You also have a Starbuck 5 mins walking. I will stay again with no dough.

We got there almost three hours early, and Natalia at the front desk was extremely helpful. The check in was fast, and we were on our way to our room. The room is spacious and nice. I will definitely book again if I come back again to Barcelona. If you are first time there, download FREENOW app to use for taxis, and reserve a ride around the city. I loved this app, it helped me roam around easily. Also, make sure you book all your things to do ahead of time. Everywhere we go it’s full and fully booked.

Front desk Staff are excellent and most of them have good english. Area is more safe and very good. Kitchen staff and house keeping staff are all excellent and very caring their customers. Front desk staff Alexie is very professional and friendly it doesn’t mean others are not good. For family this is the best hotel.

When we arrive to the hotel we thought was far from the places we want to visit, at the end the location was excellent, a few stops on the metro and we were in downtown. The staff was amazing, specialty the lady and gentleman at the breakfast buffet. I would recommend it this place.

The accomodations were an oasis after we were not able to board our cruise. The room was large and we had a deck to sit outside. The staff was pleasant and professional. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating at the restaurant.

Nice suite with balcony. The staff is great. The suite itself was okay and could use some upgrades, i.e., very small ~26" tv in the whole suite, no microwave or fridge.

Amazing suite for family of four. Super friendly and helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant was incredible. Walking distance from Camp Nou was super convenient. Easy bus ride elsewhere in town.
