If you get it for cheap - definitely worth the stay. A/C at times sounds like washing machine in spin cycle. Water pressure is a bit low, otherwise good clean place if a bit dated.

We were staying in Barcelona overnight before returning home to Canada and wanted a hotel close to the airport. After spending the day sightseeing in Barcelona we easily took the metro to the hotel. The stop was just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room was very modern and clean with very nice amenities. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay again and will recommend it to others.

They could do so much better.
Front desk staff could be friendlier, breakfast staff is rude, unfriendly but we noticed this is common in Barcelona. Barcelona is not tourist friendly. The air conditioner was good but the beds are stiff. It has an elevator which is hit and miss in Spain. We would stay again if we needed to.

The hotel is about 45mins away from the city centre if you take public transport. The closest tram is T3 which is 7 mins by walk then you could change metro. The hotel facilities are very basic, the room is very hot if you switch off air conditioning, but if you turn it on, it could be very noisy. A bit disappointed with the breakfast, very basic choices.

Quiet and clean hotel that served our needs perfectly. Within minutes walking distance to the tram which provided easy access to the metro and all the tourist sites.

The hotel is about 17 minutes driving away from the airport and 20 minutes from the Cruise Terminal. The hotel has a small but very delicious breakfast If you don't wanna eat there, they are other options around in the area. All by all a very good experience.

the hotel is located in a safe and quiet area. A bit far from the downtown. However there are some ways to get to the city such as: tram, bus, taxi. The room was clean and AC worked so well to keep you comfortable, specially now it is summer time.

Cleanliness. The card instructions given for basic info for getting service is in very small print and cannot read so I have to always go out to the front desk. Shower handle hard to open even front desk Staff doesn’t know how to make it work. Overall they are helpful

Wonderful hotel Far from public transportation
Nice, clean, quiet hotel. Though quite far from the City attractions as it took more than 1 hour to take Train or Subway to reach Barcelona city sites. Next time I'll chose a hotel closer to a Subway stop or closer to the city.

Good hotel, temp control basic, minibar not Priced
Nice hotel, very warm inside, both good and bad (maybe a more advanced thermostat would be good to control the temp a bit more… as turning the temperature dial down didn’t seem to cool the room as it heated too much, turning the air down and a window refresh helped though), very happy with the complimentary toiletry items for a reasonably priced hotel. I wasn’t pleased that there was no price list next to the minibar, as I assumed the items could’ve been complimentary also as no pricing was visible anywhere. Please stick a price list somewhere visible in the room near the minibar so guests don’t assume drinks are potentially free, as sometimes they are. A good value stay considering the freebies and free breakfast, but better temp control and clear minibar pricing would seal the deal for this property. The location is perfectly fine too, yes it’s not central but public transport is a 5 min walk and convenient for anyone driving, and road noise is tolerable. Wouldn’t be hesitant to stay again.

Excellent hotel with lots of amenitiies, mini-bar, fast-wifi. The room was clean and confortable. The stuffs were courteous, profressional. The area was little bit far from main city area though close to Camp Nou stadium.

I didn't feel the breakfast was worth the value at all. Prior to this we stayed at the Fairmont and payed twice as much for the meal but it far exceeded the quality and quantity of the breakfast served at this property. Staff was excellent!! Not much in terms of restaurants and cafes within walking distance Overall pleasant stay

Bad customer service, none existant facilities
On the face of it this hotel should be good, it's a bit far out but should make up for that in quality and facilities, yet it does not. The staff can make a hotel like this a home from home, they were rude with poor customer service skills. We had a leaking room, had we not had a lazy day within the hotel we would have come back to a flooded room and ruined belongings (it really was that bad), we were moved to a smaller room with fewer facilities and told at least we aren't drowning. So effectively a downgrade. Other facilities that should make the hotel nice ie the spa and the gym didn' work either (sauna was broken, jacuzzi cold and the gym missing weight loading pin) which rendered them pointless. The final thing which was really disappointing was my girlfriend cut herself shaving, nothing major but it needed a plaster to stem the blood, I thought I would ask the front desk if they had one. The gentleman on the front desk said they had none, no first aid and was quite rude. So, a disappointing stay should be an excellent hotel punching above its weight, but the lacklustre and rude staff, coupled with poor customer service and none existant services make this a poor ambassador for the NH brand, one which they should really take a look at. Also of note when it rains heavily the car park floods, so if driving you may want to move it. Ps. The cleaning staff were all friendly and nice and put the front of house staff to shame.
