Apartment description - 2 bedroom newly remodeled apartment with 1 bathroom. One full bathroom, with shower, toilet, sink. Complete kitchen including oven, microwave oven and full-size refrigerator. Master bedroom with 140 x 200 cm bed. 2nd bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190cm).

Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
A/C and heating.
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.

For maximum comfort this apartment has central gas heating and air-conditioning.

Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.

Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi.

Noise levels - The apartment faces the street. All facade windows have double glazing, but there may be some street noise (traffic) in the master bedroom and living room.

Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 4 people.

Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.

The apartment was perfect and in a great location, but the WiFi was non existent and nothing loaded on the TV. Overall enjoyed the stay, but had to go to local cafe to do remote work.

the flat is located in a very strategic area for visiting the most beautiful sights on foot. Metro and bus nearby. Quiet area but with a choice of restaurants, food shops, bar and bakery... Negative point: very cramped shower room/wc, difficult to manage for more than 2 people.

Excellent location

We felt right at home. Having two bedrooms, we used one as a dressing room. We left our luggage there, and since it is next to the bathroom, it was kind of like a walk-in closet. It was really convenient to have a washing machine. The apartment comes with a foldable rack where you can dry your clothes. The washer leaves the clothes almost dry and it took just a few hours (overnight) for them to dry fully. If I had to find any fault with the apartment, I’d say the bathroom is tiny. Also, the AC did not cool enough. Since we weren’t bothered by that too much because the weather was perfect during our stay, we didn’t tell the owners until we left, and they promised to get it fixed for the next visitors. There is a carrefour express that is open 24/7 about a block away. Having a fully functioning kitchen, if you are staying long enough, you can definitely cook. We just bought breakfast foods and something to eat before bed and saved some money. We had our main meals while exploring the city. They leave enough trash bags for you to collect your trash. The containers are very close to the building. The highlight of the apartment are the balconies. It feels like you live there. The views are nice. You are close to the metro line. Walking distance from Sagrada Familia. Very nice neighborhood. The area reminded me of a nice neighborhood in downtown Paris. I’d stay there again.

Good location

Good location. Is great for the city centre, not as professionally decorated as the pictures make out though and the pillows on the bed were definitely not like the pictures. The check in information given was a bit confusing as I was told that there were due to be some keys, but then on checking I got told that they only have the electronic keypad, so unsure why I got told that. As we were coming for only three nights, I had double checked that there was going to be soap and I had been told yes. However, there wasn't any and so I had to go and buy some the next day. I told them that I was doing that but they then did hang some up on the outside door at the end of the second day, although it was a bit late by then. The apartment is fine, the kitchen was clean and well stocked - it was good enough for us for a couple of nights right in the city centre but not sure I would have classed it as "professionally decorated" - at least not recently. I would recommend though for cleanliness and for the city centre.

Balc Apt - ok Beds/street noise - not so much

We (2adults) stayed here for 2 weeks Great location - close to the metro. Light and bright. The full size bed was more of a futon mattress -not comfortable at all -was closest to the street - Valencia - VERY noisey - buses, trucks, scooters, people... we moved into the inner room with twin beds to sleep. Only provided 3 small rolls of toilet paper for 2 adults for 2 weeks. 2 thin towels - no wash cloths - no hand towels : ( Light and bright but could have been so much better! To their credit - when we did have an issue with the iron or the washer - the owners were quick to respond. I would hope that they would consider better bedding and better/more linen.

Emplacement parfait mise a part quil etait bruyant. L'appart etait loin detre decore par professionnel, rien des photos etait en place. Air climatse ne fonctionnait pas malgre reparateur. Salle de bain tres petite, assis sur la toilette, on a la porte dans le frond. Internet pas toujours fiable. Lit confortable. Coffret surete. On a jamais manque deau chaude.

Buen apartamento

Lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación y la amplitud de éste, excepto del baño que es muy pequeño. Muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Barcelona. Buena atención, la alcachofa de la ducha estaba rota y nos la cambiaron enseguida

Gerne wieder!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist großartig. Die vorderen Räume gehen zu einer vielbefahrenen Straße. Die hinteren Räume sind etwas dunkel, das Bad ist sehr klein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, auch Shampoo und Duschgel fehlten nicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Just okay, could be better

The listing puts the best face on what is really a very modest apartment. That wouldn't be so bad, but the main bed is terrible. It's a futon with a thin mattress that will give you back problems if you sleep there more than a couple of nights. I also see from past reviews that this has been an unaddressed problem for many years. Great location, but minimally comfortable.

Great location with lots of restaurants close by

Nice character building in great location with lots of good restaurants within a short distance. Lovely double balcony too. Quite noisy outside but not a problem for us. Only thing we didn't enjoy was that master bed was not comfy, that should really be addressed for future travellers.

Très bonne localisation mais détails pesants

La localisation de l’appartement est idéale pour découvrir Barcelone et profiter de tous les commerces environnants. Cependant la literie est clairement à revoir, pour la chambre d’adulte nous n’avons pas réussi à dormir du séjour le matelas étant si fin qu’on a dû y mettre des coussins et des couettes afin de ne plus sentir les lattes du lit et ses espaces cela a malheureusement entaché notre appréciation de la location. De plus la salle de douche est vraiment petite . Mis à part ces deux détails nous avons passé un joli séjour et nous repartons avec de jolies souvenirs et un mal de dos.

en famille à Barcelone

très bon emplacement et pièces lumineuses. La literie n'était pas aussi belle que sur les photos mais cela n'est pas grave. Le petit balcon est apprécié et tout ce qui était disponible dans l'appartement aussi. Très bien situé. Pas beaucoup de fruiteries avec de beaux fruits ou légumes..un peu déplorable. Mes enfants et nous avons apprécié notre escacade à Barcelone :0

Voyage de famille à Barcelone

Bel appartement bien situé avec toutes les commodités essentielles pour une famille de 4 (2 adultes et 2 adolescents). À proximité du métro et il est aussi très facile de marché pour se rendre aux principales attractions de la ville. Seul petit bémol, le manque de ligne de maison (serviettes) pour les douches, faire la vaisselle et aller à la plage. De plus, cela serait bien d'ajouter une couverture supplémentaire dans chaque chambre. Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour et la communication avec le propriétaire a toujours bien été. Belles vacances de famille en Espagne!

Great location near La Sagrada Familia!

Our family of four (two teens) had plenty of room in this two bedroom apartment. The two balconies were great and we were able to close off the street noise when needed. Had a little trouble with the shower and water, but the property's contact was super responsive and helped us immediately. It's a great location for walking to everything and lots of great restaurants nearby!

Zentrale Lage, aber Wohnung mit Mängeln

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal und fußläufig nur 5 Minuten von der Metro entfernt. Mit einer 10 Karte für € 10,20 kommt man preiswert zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. In Wohnungsnähe gibt es sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof, zeitweise laut und Küchengerüche, sehr klein mit Einzeibetten und guten Matratzen. Schlafzimmer: Lage zur Straße, mit Doppelbett 1,4 x 2,0 m mit schlechter Matratze und für 2 Personen zu klein. Wohnung ohne Klimaanlage. Wohnzimmer: Nett eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht. Küche: Ausrüstung reicht für Frühstück und kleine Mahlzeiten. Der Gasherd ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und die Gaszufuhr lässt sich nur mit kleiner Fummelei abschalten. In Gang setzen mit Streichhölzern. Die waren vorhanden. Küchenhandtücher fehlten. Badezimmer: Größe etwa 1,0 m x 1,5 m. Darin sin untergebracht, Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Wegen der Größe kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten. Auf dem WC sitzend stößt man bei Körpergröße 1,85 mit den Knien an die Tür. Mobilar abgestoßen und unansehnlich. Ecken in Dusche gerade noch akzeptabel. Es fehlt hier überall Farbe. Teilweise Hölzer aufgequollen. Dachterasse: Sieht auf den Fotos schöner aus als sie ist. Fazit: Für drei Personen ist die Wohnung o.k. mehr aber auch nicht. Ich würde die Wohnung nicht an Freunde weiterempfehlen, wegen des Badezimmers, das diesen Namen nicht verdient. Mit allem anderen kann man leben. Der Kontakt mit Lauren Negre ist sehr gut. Fehlende Handtücher und Toilettenpaoier wurden schnell nachgeliefert.
