Very small room we got, no view at all. Inside the room feels claustrophobia. We bean leaving room early and coming back late, just to sleep. You can here neighbors, when they take shower or using toilet…. Feels like in you they are in your room… In the picture it’s a view from the window…

when you enter the hotel, all the customers have to go to a counter before checking inn at the reception at that counter you have to send your hotel confermation to a specific email they give you and after that they print a hard copy of the email you sent and then you can go to the reception to check inn!! and the internet is so slow

Had the worst experience experience ever.
In order: ias soon as I checked in they took me to the basement , as I was told they have a new floor. In the basement?! Hotel room n the basement? Per my request they did give me a room on the 4th floor with a window, which ... wouldn't open . On the bedding cover there was a dirty spot, so I wrapped it all up and put it away, so I'm not in any contact with it. As soon as I removed the cover I saw the ... hair on the sheet. The bedding wasn't changed. I tried to call the reception desk - the phone didn't work. Furious, I stepped outside in search of a maid. Luckily, there were 2 of them in the hallway. I managed to have them understand (no English) that the sheets are dirty. They did. Since there were 2 of us - my 20 y/o daughter and I, I asked for 2 separate beds. There was one queen. Ok, but I asked for the extra sheet, they gave it to me then, but after cleaning my room the next morning took it away. There was no blankets, only sheets. The a/c in the room was loud and without a blanket it was chilly, without a/c - stuffy. pillows were hard and very uncomfortable. 2nd night at 1 am fire alarm broke off...eventually, second night when I came back after the tour, I noticed that my purse was opened. Didn't pay attention to it at first, was too tired. The next morning I pulled out the envelop with cash, there were missing 400 euros. All the smaller money were left there, but not 400 euros in 100th. I was suggested to write an Email , I did, no response so far. DONT BOOK !

charged me twice
Hotel condition was good and location central to placa Catalunya. However when I checked in the lady said I only needed to pay taxes on check out. The next day I was told I needed to pay for the room and that the 3rd party I used only put a hold on the room and that the room wasn't paid. I was running to catch a flight and did not have time to fight with them so I paid. I later contacted the 3rd party I used because I saw two charges for the same room. The 3rd party attempted to contact the hotel to verify that I had paid but they said they couldn't verify. I am not sure how that was possible and now I'm in the process of disputing the charge. Would not recommend the hotel at all for that bad customer service.

Disappointing "4" star hotel
Pros: away from the city noise. 5-10 min from plaza catalyuna. Cons: room had a weird smell. Linen was old and stained. Fixtures were peeling. What really annoyed me was that employees didn't believe that room was already prepaid even after showing them booking confirmation. We had to wait for their manager to arrive and confirm. I'm glad I didn't have a flight to catch.

Good for a night
Was a comfortable room for the night, however there were a few issues. No hot water was available just after 9pm when we wished to take a shower, the water was mild at best. And when we asked for the wifi password we had to go down to the front desk to get it, they would not provide it to us over the phone from our room.

Nice Hotel to stay. Close to some main attractions
The Hotel is nice and close to some main attractions like Las Ramblas, Palau Guell, Plaza Cataluña. The room is small (of course is Europe), but very pleasant. The staff was very nice with us. Nice hotel and not so expensive.

Not worth the cost!
When I arrived the room was not ready so they put my luggage in storage. They are doing construction so I am assuming that is why they have a makeshift front desk. Never seen a front desk like that before. When my room was ready they have young tiny Filipino girls help you. They are very nice and cute but to help you with luggage does not make sense. My luggage was dirty because the room they put it in is under construction.

Excellent location, room size and modern. Washroom was odd as it had a glass door and didn't have a full shower door. WiFi connection was horrible in the room but good in public spaces of the hotel.

Be comfortable with whom you share the room! The bathroom door was made of glass, and it is completely see through. The bathroom was in direct view of the bed, but changes based on room location.

Disappointing
We were on the 5th floor. The room has no air-conditioning had to keep the unlocked window opened all night long for air. Door cannot lock from inside - lack of security and feel unsafe. The glass partition on the bath tub was set only half way at the front. After the shower water splashed on floor create the danger of slipping. No room for luggage bag storage. No closet only a couple of partition above and below where the safe is. For the price of US$186.25 a night I found it way overpriced not worth it.

In principle nice hotel with nice service at reception. However, room was extremely small especially taking into account the high price paid. Room window was facing opposite concrete wall making feel even more cramped. Wifi was extremely slow making working connections practically impossible. In total, poor value for money.

Overall we enjoyed the Stay in the Hotel, however the cleanliness issue in the bathroom needs to be addressed - black mould on tiles and a stained toilet bowl are not not aceptable in a 4*hotel. Coffee making facilities would be a big plus and add to the costumer experience.

Time out to enjoy Barcelona, again... The Hotel staff were all very helpful. Hotel is in a great location, just 2 blocks off the main shopping streets. Nearby are many restaurants, vegetarian, Indian also Tapas.

No good memory of the hotel. No written information (in English) found in the room. I booked the hotel partly because of the sauna and swimming pool in the roof, but yes, there was sauna and a pool in a non-decribable form.

Good location and value
Not particularly charming. Clean and comfortable despite rooms being small. Breakfast expensive but there is a nice cafeteria just the opposite side of the street. Second stay here because its good value and has an excellent location just five minutes from subway, aerobus and major touristic attractions. Staff very kind.

Close to everything we wanted to see.
Staff was outstanding. Facilities was exceptional. The parking garage was right next to hotel and only 20 euros a day.
