In the beautiful town of Castelldefels, very close to Barcelona and to its airport, house with very large swimming pool, carpa with draft beer service (30 liters optional) Barbacoa and a very pleasant garden, very quiet neighborhood with beautiful views towards a large natural area and the sea at the bottom.
Optional party room.
We are French so we will be very happy to receive French people who want to spend their holidays in Castelldefels, Barcelona.

lovely property
The property is big with lovely views but coming back from the shop or beach is a nightmare walk up the hill. If you are after a relaxing holiday staying in the villa is ideal, but if you want to get out and about and look around shops then this villa is well out of the way. Our party consisted of 10 adults and 3 children and in the evening the kids got bored.

Villa agréable
La maison qui date un peu est grande avec un très bon confort. L'emplacement sur une colline est très bien même s'il faut descendre des escaliers un peu raides pour aller à la piscine.

Très agréable séjour
Villa bien située, dans un quartier calme et très chic. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Villa très confortable, il manque seulement un peu de vaisselle pour accueillir 20 personnes. La literie est d'excellente qualité. Propriétaire accueillant et très serviable. À environ 20 mn à pied de la gare de Castelldefels Platja (attention, tous les trains ne s'arrêtent pas à cette gare mais il y en a régulièrement, toute les 1/2 h environ). Bon, ça monte un peu raide pour revenir mais c'est pas un problème quand on aime marcher. Nous avons visité Barcelone, Sitges ... en voyageant avec le train et le métro. Très pratique. je recommande sincèrement.

Belle propriété bien placée
Belle maison, à 15 minutes des transports à pieds, adaptée à la capacité (nous étions 20), sauf pour la cuisine et les équipements qui ne sont peut être pas bien dimensionnés (je pense notamment à la cafetière...). En revanche, attention aux frais supplémentaires qui peuvent paraître demeusurés par rapport à ce que l’on peut voir en France. Belle vue et piscine plutôt agréable

Prima villa met mooie ligging. Wel aan de dure kant met alle extra kosten!
We zijn hier gedurende ons tennistrainingskamp verbleven met 12 mensen. Qua ruimte geen problemen. Bedden waren opzich prima, badkamers ook. voor groep van 12 of groter zijn 4 badkamers wel aan de krappe kant. 2 Grote minpunt: De beheerder spreekt geen woord engels. Zorgt toch dat je niet alles makkelijk kan bespreken en de uitleg niet altijd even goed meekrijgt. Andere zijn de bijkomende kosten. Op de site van HoemAway zijn de linnen en handdoeken inbegrepen maar dit is echter niet het geval.....€12 pp. Daarbij komt nog dat je in de jaren 90 zit aangezien je moet betalen voor je wifi (heel duur ook). En alles meterstanden ect worden opgenomen en moet je op het eind afrekenen tegen niet misselijke begdragen. Bij ons kwam er aan het einde dus nog een rekening van €138 terwijl we 0 keer thuis gedoucht hebben.

C'est une très belle maison avec une propreté exemplaire. Petit tour des environs avec le propriétaire très appréciable vous donnant les bonnes adresses à connaître. Une vue splendide et une tranquillité remarquable.

Respecto a la casa , perfecta, pero hay gastos no incluidos que hacen considerar la estancia, los 30 litros que ofrece son de pago, la luz, el agua, y las sábanas tienes que ponerlas tu cuando llegas, en definitiva, cómodo el espacio, no la estancia

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht
Großzügiges, sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit tollem Blick. Äußerst herzlicher Empfang durch sehr netten Vermieter, der zusätzlichen Service wie Bereitstellung von Wasser und eine kleine Orientierungstour in die Umgebung anbietet. Toller Pool in schöner und sehr ruhiger Umgebung.

Bien situé et au calme
Nous avons bien appréciés la résidence où nous étions. Grande piscine, avec en plus, une pompe à bière située dans le cabanon juste à côté (pas noté dans la description). Grand living - salle à manger, belles salles de bain, cuisine un peu petite par rapport au nombre de personnes présentent. Accueil très chaleureux et arrivée avant l'heure officielle sans problème. Grand balcon avec vue sur la piscine et sur la mer au loin. Pas beaucoup de passage dans la rue et voisins très calmes, presque pas de bruit. Bonne description sur internet.
