The swimming pool was out of order upon our arrival. We where given an email address to complain to and they only responded 5 days later!. When we complained we where told that the beach was 200m away. We had to go to the beach on a day that it was extremely windy and 37 degrees! We where never updated on the pool despite asking twice a day. We will never stay here again nor recommend people to do so.

Dear Madam,We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay at our hotel. Indeed, we suffered a pool breakdown moving us to close it a few days for security reasons. Our customer service took over to hear your complaint and provide a solution. However, you have decided to leave the hotel, it is your choice and we regret it. You could have enjoyed the beach while waiting for the reopening of our swimming pool which was 50 meters from the hotel, but a priori, it was not the case. The moment i went in, I wanted to go out.
Little bed in little room, in an old building. Smells closed and old. Should renovate the building and facilities to meet the price range. Attention！No Aircon.

Lovely pool and close to fabulous surfing beach
Room basic and the people next door sounded as though they were in our room. (Interconnecting door) Balcony nice to sit and read upon in the morning, whilst neighbours sang to each other. Downstairs was interesting and less basic. Reception staff very helpful, providing hot water for my teabags and extra blanket/duvet due to unseasonal cold and wet weather. Lovely garden and pools. Very close to Spain.

Hotel Club Orhoitza was Subpar
Was expecting a great deal more from this hotel, but was disappointed at the size of the room and bathroom. No air conditioning or screens on the windows and it was uncomfortably hot. Hidden fees for towels and difficult to find parking as this is a busy vacation spot during the summer months. Beds were hard, room could have used a lick of paint and renovating. Meal costs were pricy, but food was acceptable. However, the staff was pleasant and helpful. I would not stay there again.

Hendaye is a gem

Great location in Hendaye
Only there for 1 night in what is clearly a "weekly stay" hotel. 2 great ambient pools, rooms great at price, breakfast as advertised and only 1 street back from seafront. Would happily stay her again - better for knowing location - sedure parking (underground & hence cool) available.

Vacances à Hendaye
Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité du centre plage et de tous les restaurants : nous n'avons donc pratiquement pas utilisé la voiture durant notre séjour. Chambre en rez-de-jardin très agréable, avec une petite terrasse privative. Buffet du petit déjeuner très bien garni et varié.

Chambre 39 à éviter absolument. Entrée avec 3 portes. Pas d'éclairage. Toute petite chambre. Douche mal aisée. Le garage payant est assez loin. L' ascenseur ne va pas jusqu'à l'étage. Je ne suis pas satisfait du tout...

La photo de l'hôtel laisse à penser qu'il est tout au bord de l'océan ! Faux ! Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre en compagnie de blattes ! Et de toile d'araignée ! Une chambre a 120€ TTC ! Pour la toile d'araignée la personne à l'accueil nous dit que les toiles d'araignée sont faites tous les jours,manque de chance nous y avons passé 2 nuits et la seconde la même toile d'araignée était toujours au même endroit. Quant à la blatte que j'ai mis sous le nez du responsable,sa réponse à été que l'hôtel était dans la nature et que c'était normal ! Conclusion on passe la nuit a s'imaginer avoir des blattes qui vous courent dessus et pour le responsable c'est normal du moment qu'on est dans la nature !!! Il est bien connu que les blattes viennent des jardins et des champs !!!! Évitez cet hôtel si vous voulez dormir sur vos oreilles !!!! Un scandale et tout ça à 120€/nuit !
