“Pros: Fantastic location off of Rainey St. and the river. Only a ten minute walk to the Dirty 6th bars. The view from the condo was spectacular! There’s a beautiful rooftop pool on the 33rd floor (we went in November and the pool was shaded until about 1:30pm). The condo has an ice machine which was nice! The front desk was very nice and helpful with holding our luggage before and after our stay! Cons: This condo is a 1.5 bath. Not a 2 bath. It should be listed as a 1+ bath and then noted in...

“Easy to check-in, check-out. Great little cafe on the 1st floor. Roof top pool was fantastic and close to Rainy Street / River Walk. Property was clean, new appliances and furniture was comfortable. Just what we needed for a long weekend in Austin. ”

“Loved the location. Amenities great. I think the apt needs more towels and another blanket or two. I got sick one night and my husband had to sleep on couch without a proper blanket. Also had to use one of the face towels when I worked out for sweat. Had to wash towels mid week to compensate. ”
