Stayed here on a Friday night. Had a king suite on the 3rd floor right beside the elevator no big deal. Got into our room and the fridge had old Taco Bell left in it. We found a lighter under the bed, (we were supposed to be in a no smoking room) and there were old French fries in the floor. I called the front desk to ask if the room had been cleaned and the woman assured me it was. So we took her word for it. It was honestly just a messy room their housekeeper didn’t do the job they were supposed to do. The shampoo and body wash was already used and opened. The carpet had a red stain in it by the bathroom. The bed cover had a stain on it, which we know they don’t wash the comforters every time, but if it has a stain —it should be changed. We left as soon as we woke up the next morning at 9:30. Very disappointing.

You have a lot of nerve charging $229 for that room! Couch was awful and linens were so old and worn.

The notice on the desk that renovations are coming soon was a good clue. The rooms were pretty run down (holes in curtains, moldy wall between bathroom door and tub, another friend’s room had stains on lamp shades and peeling paint on the walls. The lobby was nice and updated so we hung out there. While in the lobby we witnessed a line of people building (this was around 9pm) and for 15 minutes at least no staff was to be found. I think they were helping another customer with luggage, but it was crazy they had to wait so long. Looking forward to the renovations. This was better still than a different hotel I have stayed at in the area.

Hot water ran out on one day. Towels has yellow stains on them. Room was not cleaned the following day. Only trash picked up. Pillow and bed were lumpy. Given a handicap room even though not handicap or requested. Wi-Fi OT working properly. Do not want stay there ever again.
